Grab your hat, put on your boots and join us for Saddle Bronc, Bareback Riding, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding as we host a series of 7 action- packed, world class rodeos. Come early to purchase food, beer and other concessions starting at 6:00 p.m. with the Rodeo at 7:00 p.m. Purchase Rodeo tickets online at www.hrresort.org or at Hart Mart or the Activity Counter in the Family Rec Center. roughout the summer we offer other special events! CENTER COURT – Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. dailyAt Center Court make your own fun with everything from horseshoes to miniature golf. Use your Activity Card to check out equipment to enjoy your favorite outdoor activity. For more information about Activity Cards, go to the Activity Card section in the Guide.What’s available at Center Court:Mini golf, pasture golf, pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, wiffle ball, frisbee golf, horseshoes, badminton, bean bag toss, basketball, gaga ball, ladder golf, lawn dice, volleyball, hula hoop, bocce ball, jump rope, football, croquet, soccer, tetherball and sand toys.

The Family Rec Center – Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. DailyThis is your headquarters for family friendly games, activities and programs in a fun and safe environment. Our programs focus on both indoor and outdoor activities. Feel free to stop in at the Family Rec Center to learn more, ask questions or just look around. We are very proud of our new state-of-the-art Family Rec Center.What’s available at the Family Rec Center:Pool, air hockey, ping pong, movies, foosball, darts, board games and puzzles. Equipment is available for checkout with an Activity Card. See Activity Card section in the Guide if you are not familiar with our Activity Cards.

LOWER LODGE – Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. DailyWhat’s available at the Lower Lodge: (this area is for adults 18 years of age or older)Pool tables, card games, board games, puzzles, puzzle table, tables and chairs, TV, ATM machine, vending machine, lounge, restrooms, laundry room and an exercise room.

FIRE PITS:Wood burning fire pits are available in the Center Court near the Family Rec Center, in the Wild Boar Park near the garden and in the meadows near PSB. Reservations for the fire pits are made at the Activities Counter in the Family Rec Center. We provide wood and the necessities to start and put out the fires.

THE POOL – Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. DailyWhat’s Available at the Pool:Chairs, hot tubs, kiddie pool, full size pool.

RENTALS at the Family Rec CenterBikes are available for rent at $3.00 per day or $13.00 per week. Golf carts are available for rent for members/associates with valid driver’s licenses and require a $200 deposit on a credit card. Golf carts can be rented for a half day, daily, weekly or monthly. Must be 21 or older to rent a golf cart.

Facility rentals are also available for members/associates both during the season and off-season. Birthday parties or any family gatherings can be held in one of our great locations: Picnic Shelter A, Picnic Shelter B, Lower Lodge and Kitchen, The Pavilion and Family Rec Center areas. Contact the Activities Coordinator at 605-737-5364 for information about costs, availability and other details.

ACTIVITY CARDSActivity Cards are used to get equipment for your use at Hart Ranch facilities. Activity Cards are $6.00 each and purchased at the Activity Counter in the Family Rec Center. The cards do not expire and are good for as long as you have them.

PROGRAMSPee Wee Campers – Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday through Friday at the Family Rec Center for ages 3 to 6 years old.This program is limited to 16 children per day and parents are welcome to stay and help. Includes age appropriate hobbies, crafts, stories, indoor and outdoor games. A morning snack is provided. Register at the Activity Counter in the Family Rec Center for this program.

Jr. Campers: Hours – 9:00 a.m. to Noon Tuesday through Friday at Picnic Shelter A for ages 7 to 12 years old.This program is limited to 18 children per day. Includes age appropriate hobbies, crafts, indoor and outdoor games. A morning snack will be provided. Register at the Activity Counter in the Family Rec Center for this program.

Cowpoke Camp – Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Wild Boar Park for ages 10 and up.This program is limited to 12 children for the two-day session. Includes an introduction to horses, grooming, care and riding. A craft or hobby is included as part of each session. Register at the Activity Counter in the Family Rec Center for this program.
