…and we build cheap embedded devices

…to hide sensing and computation everywhere and build infrastructures

Wearable computing was always the antithesis to the appliance-based approach

It only became sexy becauseof the ubiquity of cheap infrastructure and powerful smartphones

… but what comes next??
