25 Star Balsamic Vinegar of ModenaItaly’s most prized balsamic vinegar is one of our best selling products. To make 25 Star Balsamic vinegar, juice from the white Trebbiano grapes (called must) is simmered in copper kettles over wood fires for hours. The water evaporates, intensifying the flavor of the must. This must is then added to a large wooden barrel filled with previously aged balsamic vinegar where it slowly ferments.

The aroma is fragrant and bright, and the taste is intense, yet pleasantly sweet. This is one of the highest qualities of balsamic, and the perfect addition to special occasions.

Our infused olive oils are made with 100% olive oil in small artisan batches. The infusion process slowly, gently infuses the oil with carefully selected fresh herbs, spices, chili's and citrus until a perfect balance of distinct flavor and aroma have been captured.
