I was born into modest means, and had to learn how to change my consciousness of scarcity into a consciousness of prosperity.

The reason I consider myself a success story today is not because of my financial success, but because of the internal changes that occurred as I became rich with spiritual values.

The first such change occurred when I made an unwavering decision to leave my teaching job of 17 years to make a million dollars in real estate. It soon became evident to me that we truly live in a world of incredible opportunity.

A consciousness of Prosperity

Nothing can stop it from

I made my first million dollars when I was in my early 40’s, but it took a few more years before I could overcome my fear of poverty and consciousness of scarcity.

Material wealth certainly doesn’t guarantee that you’re going to feel rich and have a consciousness of prosperity.

Because of my upbringing, the fear of poverty haunted me until I learned to stop hoarding money and started to share it generously.

You cannot receive value

unless you give value. Life just

doesn’t work that way.

I’m sharing lessons I learned to hopefully help you realize your rich potential for succeeding with whatever you set your mind to.

Here are some great tips that will help you cultivate a consciousness of prosperity, which is the key to embracing the many opportunities that await you.

Whenever you pull a dollar bill (or higher) from your wallet or purse, say to yourself, “I love money and money loves me.” You are not saying it greedily; you are saying it to remind yourself that money can be used for good, and it loves to come to you as much as you love it to. This creates a money-attracting attitude.

Believing in prosperity of every kind is natural, it ’s spiritual, it ’s existential.

When you truly embrace an attitude of prosperity, you are able to become rich not only in material things, but also in spiritual values. There is no natural division between material wealth and spiritual wealth.

Ask yourself, What can I do today

to sow a little seed-money so I can

reap more tomorrow?

Sowing and Reaping is an intricate part of the ever-expanding universe in which we live. It is important to notice that the word ‘SOWING’ primes the pump. It’s not reaping and sowing ... it is sowing and reaping.

When it comes to money matters, it is important to see yourself as the farmer, planting money-seeds and expecting to reap a large harvest. Otherwise, when you spend your money, you feel like a helpless victim that is simply trying to pay the bills and get by.

Make your

claim on

The Law of Multiple Returns is always in action. How must you act so it works in your favor? When dealing with money, you must make your claim. Speak these words with a clear voice: “This money that I am investing (spending) will return to me in multiples.” Speak it until you Feeeel it. Practice makes perfect. It really is all in the attitude.

If you put money out there fearing no return – guess what? You win. No return!

If it ain’t practical, it ain’t spiritual.

The power to take responsibility for your financial affairs is the same power to take possession of your spiritual affairs.

Good, pragmatic common sense is also good spiritual common sense. You learn to develop faith in yourself. As a matter of fact, if it ain’t practical it ain’t spiritual. Write that down and put it in your wallet.

Pay yourself. You deserve it.

Pay yourself first. Yes, you deserve it. Take 10% of the money that you get from your paycheck and immediately deposit it in a Money Sowing Account before you pay any other bills.

You will be amazed at how you can manage to make everything work on the other 90%. Just do it. No excuses.

Love money for all the good it can do for you, your loved ones, and the planet.

What will you decide about yourself and your future

If it is to be, it is up to thee. Take a long term view of what you are up to with your money-making plans. What is your ten year plan? What will your net value be?

Be specific. Let your subconscious mind know that you have a Money Enrichment Plan. Write it down. Put it in your desk drawer. Read it every time you reach into the desk to grab a pen.

Act on those plans, now. Do you want to know what it means to have faith in yourself? Don’t ask. Act!

When your vision of prosperity is clear in your head you will feel it in your heart... It’s a Felt-Vision!

Create a powerful mental image. Take a check and make it out to yourself for one million dollars ($1,000,000).

Date and sign it. Now frame it and place it on the wall to remind you of what you are up to.

REMEMBER... There is nothing more valuable than rich, harmonious relationships.

When your financial matters are wrong, you’re thinking is wrong. Living less than wonderfully rich never represents your authentic nature.

When you’ve wrongly constructed a model of reality that includes scarcity, you must call a marvelous denial. Deny the lie! You are worthy of all that is good and beautiful.
