Compact substations are produced and type tested in accordance with standards: EN 62271-202, IEC 60071, EN 60529, EN 6043-1, EN 60947-1.

Substations 10 (20) / 0.4 kV are made to transform the voltage and to supply consumers with electricity at low voltage. Thanks to their dimensions and external appearance they fit into any urban and industrial area.

Compact Substations

In licenced laboratory of Končar Institute Zagreb, Croatia, have been made type test and DELING d.o.o. got certificates for all compact Substations which are made in accordance to standard IEC 62271-202. Certificates include all types of compact substations except substations with three transformers.

Disposal of equipment in KBTS-1-up

We may install SS in the areas of the aggressive environment (humidity, dust, salt fog).

We produce compact substations in two main groups and two subgroups: Group 1 consists of the KBTS types ... Housing of various sizes are made of AB base, bearing steel structures and reinforced concrete prefabricated elements, who form the walls of the SS, and a concrete or Al roof. Ventilation doors and blinds are made of aluminum, corrosion protected with electrostatic process in harmonized color with color relief facades or optionally the Purchaser, and achieve a high degree of natural ventilation. The subgroup is divided into SS with outdoor and internal operated.

Group 2 consists of the LMTS types ... Housing of different sizes are made from the AB base, bearing corrosion protected steel structure and prefabricated profile components made of aluminum sheet δ = 3mm, which form the pillars and mantle SS. The roof is a compact, consisted of prefabricated profiles, ventiation doors are also made of sheet aluminum δ = 3mm. All the elements of LMTS are protected against corrosion with electrostatic process , colored in light gray or color desired by customer. We have been placed LMTS in the subgroup of SS with the outside operated.

Disposal of equipment in KBTS-2-up

In the substation is possible to install MV SF6 insulated switchgear of different manufacturers and types, also in SS with internal operated we can installl wide range of all types of MV switchgears. LV switchgears are the standard, distributive, or combined type depending on the requirements of the customer, and it is possible to install automatic compensation device. Into the transformer boxes is possible to mount power transformers up to 1000 kVA, under which is installed oil tube in the base metal housing intended for collecting of oil in case of oil leakage from transformer .
