• A recent IT executive survey conducted by Harvey Nash in association with KPMG LLP (KPMG), found that only 27% of respondents were actively pursuing an enterprise-wide digital strategy—yet 62% of respondents said that their business was already being digitally disrupted or would be within two years.

• Customers now have higher expectations of 24/7 support, and they share their experiences—both good and bad—widely on social media.
