We encourage a healthy work/life balance but believe that as well as working hard, we shouldenjoy our time at the office. The company has an active social diary, some of the things we like todo are:

• “wine o’clock” on Friday afternoons – after working hard all week those based in head office like to unwind with a glass of wine and nibbles. Sometimes the office Wii comes out and tennis, golf or bowling tournaments add to the fun

• First Thursday society – closing out each month we celebrate our successes and get together as a whole business. Recent events include: pub quiz, cocktail making, a trip to a golf simulator and of course lots of food and drink

• Summer party – a half yearly business update, followed by a company “sports day” where we invent new ways to be competitive and we finish up with a BBQ

• Christmas party – Claridges and Scotts are just two of the venues we have frequented and of course Black Tie has been the dress code
