Kitchens and utility rooms
Lynton Homes provides a full kitchen design service and there
is a variety of styles, ranges, colours, cookers, appliances,

Subject to the build stage, your new kitchen can be carefully
planned around your individual tastes and professionally
fitted by our craftsmen. All appliances to the kitchens
are included at the Snows Corner collection.
Bathroom and en-suites
All the bathrooms and en-suites are fitted with high-quality
sanitaryware, taps and fittings. Everything within these rooms
is individually chosen to complement the space and each
will be fitted with a heated radiator or towel-rail.
Decoration
Ceilings will have a smooth plastered finish painted in
white. Wall colours can be chosen subject to build stage and
certain rooms in the homes will benefit from cove cornices.
Joinery
All windows, fascias, soffits, barge boards externally along
with internal doors, architraves and skirting will be white.
Electrics
The kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites will have recessed
downlights, whilst all other rooms will have single central light
fittings as standard. There will be sufficient power points

Directions from the A12 heading north.
Leave the A12 at the Rivenhall junction after
junction 22 and follow the signs for Great Braxted
onto the Braxted Road. Follow the Braxted Road
towards Great Braxted, and after 1 mile turn right into
Lea Lane. Follow this road for 1.7 miles. At the Beacon
Hill junction bear right into Tiptree Road and after
0.4 miles turn right onto Witham Road where the
Snows Corner collection is on your right-hand side.
Directions from the A12 heading south.
Leave the A12 after junction 23 if you are heading
south, by turning off the A12 after the sign for
Silver End. Follow the Braxted Road towards Great
Braxted, and after 1 mile turn right into Lea Lane.
Follow this road for 1.7 miles. At the Beacon Hill
junction bear right into Tiptree Road and after
0.4 miles turn right onto Witham Road where the
Snows Corner collection is on your right-hand side.
