INFORMATION FOR CAMPERS

Non-event camping reservations can be made year

round through the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna

Seca Ticket Office (831)242-8200 Monday - Friday

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST (hours subject to change) or

online at www.weathertechraceway.com.

Reservations can be made up to 1 week prior to

the arrival date. Drive-in reservations are welcome

(subject to availability).

Park fees are per day and, unless paid in advance,

due upon entry into the park. See self-registration

forms at park Entry Station. Fees may be deposited in

the yellow drop box if an attendant is not present.

Check-in time: 2 p.m. to- 7 p.m.

daily Check Out is at 12 p.m.

Quiet Hours are to be observed from 10:00 p.m. to

7:00 a.m.

Maximum 8 people per campsite.

All water sources/hookups have NON-POTABLE

water. Campers are responsible for supplying their

own drinking water.

Stays are limited to 14 consecutive days. Two 14

day stays allotted per year. A minimum 48 hours

break is required between stays.

Camp fee includes 1 primary vehicle/tent and 1

support vehicle. Management defines the primary

vehicle as that which is used for sleeping during your

stay (i.e. RV or trailer). In the case of tent camping,

your tent takes the place of a primary vehicle.

LSRA defines support vehicles as non-sleeping

vehicles towing, being towed by or accompanying the

primary vehicle. The primary purpose of a support

vehicle is to provide transportation to and from the

facility throughout your stay. There is a $15 fee for

additional support vehicles.

All vehicles (primary and support) must fit within

the campsite. Parking vehicles on any roadway is

prohibited. No additional overnight parking will be

provided.

Marked fire lanes must be kept clear at all times.

Violators will be towed at owner's expense.

Picnic tables and fire pits must remain in their

designated campsites.

Pet fee is $4.00. Dogs must remain leashed at all

times; leash may not exceed 6 feet in length. Pets are

allowed in the camping areas only and may not be

left unattended. Proof of vaccinations are required.

The pet fee does not apply to service animals.

Firewood is available to purchase from the camp­

ground hosts at the entry station or volunteer sites

#24-29.

Fire rings are provided in campgrounds A (GRAND

PRIX), B (CHAPARRAL) & C (CAN-AM). No Open

Fires. Fires must be self contained.If your site does

not have a firepit you may use your own container (i.e.

charcoal grill, hibachi, etc.), but open fires are not

permitted.

Dumping grey water or waste onto the ground is

prohibited. Dumping station is located at the top of

"A" Road. WATER IS NON-POTABLE.

Electronic equipment, including radios, may not emit

sound beyond your immediate campsite. Sound from

electronic equipment is limited to your campsite only.

Bicycles are permitted on paved roads only. Bicycle

riders assume the risk of injury to himself/herself

and/or any damages to property and agree to waive

any claim against Management and Monterey County.

The California Helmet Law applies on all Laguna

Seca Recreation Area Roads.

Keep your vehicles locked and valuables out of

site. Do not leave property out at night or unattended

at any time. LSRA and the County of Monterey are

not responsible for nor assumes any liability arising

from theft, fire, damage to or lost property (including

vehicles).

Absolutely no admittance to the track side of the

spectator fences.

Absolutely NO firearms, fireworks, drones or weap­

ons of any kind are allowed at the Laguna Seca

Recreation Area (exceptions may apply at the rifle

and pistol range).

Roads and paths throughout the facility's 500

plus acres may contain obstructions such as, but

not limited to, potholes and uneven pavement.

You agree that neither LSRA management nor

Monterey County are liable for any injury or prop­

erty damage that occur within the Laguna Seca

Recreation Area and assume the risk and waive

any claim for injury or property damage while on

Laguna Seca premises.

For additional information or questions contact the

Ticket Office during business hours or see the phone

numbers listed on Park Entrance Station. Camp­

ground volunteers are located in sites 24-29.

LAGUNA SECA RECREATION AREA

The Laguna Seca Recreation Area, owned by the

County of Monterey, is situated on the beautiful

former Fort Ord lands. The area is a must-see for

naturists, hikers, bicyclists and anyone who enjoys

the outdoors.

Visitors can camp on the surrounding hillsides for a

serene view of the Salinas Valley. Both RV and tent

camping is available in a clean, friendly environment.

The park is just a short drive from the Monterey

Peninsula, Salinas Valley and Big Sur. In addition to

great camping facilities, Laguna Seca Recreation

Area has a Rifle and Pistol range, which offers a safe

shooting environment with well-trained professional

staff.
