    MIXING

    APPLICATION

    1.

A 801 is a grey, premixed ready to use cement based mortar for internal & external application, which ensures quality consistency. A 801 is a mixture of graded inert filler, additives and binder.

A 801 can be used for internal & external application to improve the quality of work. It improves permeability and excellent weather resistant. It has strong adhesion with a proper flexibility, able to compensate the temperature difference stress between substrate and the outer coatings.

SURFACE PREPARATIONBefore starting any work ensure that the base is :! Sufficiently flat to permit the specified

flatness of finished plastering, bearing in mind the permissible minimum & maximum thickness of the bedding materials.! Suitable for plastering in the service

condition to which it will be exposed.! Free from efflorescence, laitance, dirt and

other loose material, remove thoroughly with dry brushing.

Before plastering allow walls to dry out by exposure to air, concrete 28 days, brick and block walls 7 days curing time. The surface of the substrate should be sound.

Add A 801 to clean water. Mix thoroughly with a suitable mixer until a slump-free mortar is obtained, wait for 3 - 5 minutes and again remix it for 15 - 30 sec. The mixed mortar is ready for use and has a pot life of 1 hour at 271C. A 20kg bag will require approximately 3.5 - 4 litres of water. No further water should be added.

    2.

    3.

    4. Do not use in damp condition and 0temperatures less than 5 C.

Spread the material on the work surface equally in a uniform and leveled manner.

Buildup thickness waiting time is 24 hours

Water curing is recommended after 12 hours and to be continued for at least 7 days.
