Day 1 - All tour members arrive in Cairo. Evening orientation andgroup introductions. D.

Day 2 - Depart by bus after breakfast to tour the famous Pyramids ofGiza, Khufu’s solar boat and see Heruemakhet, the Great Sphinx.Evening multimedia presentation lecture. B/D = Breakfast/Dinner

Day 3 - See the ancient burial sites of Sakkara, location of the StepPyramid built by King Djoser. Visit the Bent Pyramid and the RedPyramid of King Sneferu at Dahshur. Evening multimedia presen-tation lecture. B/D

Day 4 - Visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities that houses theworld’s largest collection of Pharaonic artifacts. Transfer to the air-port for an evening flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be trans-ferred to your hotel. B/D

Day 5 - Morning free. Afternoon multimedia presentation. Eve-ning visit to the East Bank Temple of Ipet Resyt (Luxor), one of theworld’s first universities and citadels of learning for the ancientworld. B/D

Day 6 - Visit the magnificent East Bank temple of Ipet Isut(Karnak), one of the world’s first universities and citadels of learningfor the ancient world. Afternoon multimedia presentation lecture.B/D

Day 7 - Travel to the West Bank of the Nile to visit the magnificenttombs at the Valley of the Kings, the Funerary Temple of PharaohHatshepsut at Deir el Bahri, the Ramesseum and the Funerary Tem-ple of Ramses III. Transfer to our 4 day Nile cruise and sail to As-wan, the land of Nubia. B/L/D

Day 8 - Take the scenic bus route to the impressive temple of theGoddess Het Heru (Hathor) at Denderah. Afternoon multimediapresentation lecture. B/L/D

Day 9 - Morning visit to the monumental Temple of Heru (Horus) atEdfu. Sail to Kom Ombo Double Temple of Sobek. Evening visit toKom Ombo. Afternoon multimedia presentation lecture. B/L/D

Day 10 - Visit the Temple of Aset (Isis) at Philae and the NubianMuseum. B/L/D

Day 11 - Check out of cruise and into hotel. Morning flight to AbuSimbel in Lower Nubia where you will see the magnificent rockhewn temples of Ramessu (Ramses II) and Queen Nefertari. After-noon multimedia presentation lecture. B/D

Day 12 - Optional visit to Nubian Village. Evening “GalabiaParty” with farewell dinner and entertainment.Day 13 - Transfer to the airport for a morning return flight to Cairo.Check in to your hotel. Remainder of day at leisure. B/D

The $300 deposit is non refundable. All cancellations must bereceived in writing. A 25% charge will be assessed for cancellations received within 60 days of departure. Can-cellations made 59 days before the tour or less will receive NO refund. All cancellations are subject to a $100administrative fee. There is NO refund once the tour has commenced. No exceptions are made to our cancella-tion policy. Travel insurance is highly recommended to secure funds against any issues that can arise. NOrefunds are made for intangible concerns such as hardship or unpleasantness. NO refunds for services or sight-seeing rendered and not used by tour members.

A $100 late fee will be charged for payments made after May 1, 2020 for Tour 1 or May 15,

2020 for Tour 2. Reinstatement of reservations NOT paid in full by the due date is subject to availability.

The dates for those traveling fromoutside the U.S are June 28 - July 11, 2020 and July 13 - July 26, 2020. The $3265 amount includes 5 starhotels, 2 meals daily, entrance fees into the sites, lectures at the sites by Ashra and Merira Kwesi, multimediaPowerPoint presentations by Brother and Sister Kwesi in the hotels after visiting the ancient monuments, allair and land travel throughout Egypt, tips, taxes, pre-trip planning handbook, DVD, historical pamphlet andbooklet.

The trip brochure gives a complete tour description, detailing travel dates and itinerary. The reservation formcontains information for single and double rooms. If you plan to attend, and need a roommate, we will behappy to try to match you with someone. Please make a note on the reservation form that you are requesting aroommate. Do not be concerned if you are planning to travel alone. We travel as an African family, so you willnot be lonely. You will have an opportunity to meet brothers and sisters from throughout the U.S. and abroad.

The brochure lists a sample payment plan. Once you make the $300 deposit, additional payments can be madein amounts of $300 and above. All tour members must have at least $1000 paid towards the tour by March 1,2020 to secure flights and accommodations. Final payment due dates are May 1, 2020 for Tour 1 and May 15,2020 for Tour 2. After you register for the tour, you will receive trip preparation and orientation infor-mation. The Kemet Nu “Know Thyself” Educational Tour DVD, Egypt: From Cairo to Nubia and ourAfrikan Builders of Civilization book will be mailed to you a few weeks prior to the trip. The book andDVD are excellent for trip preparation purposes. The DVD highlights many of the exciting locations that youwill see, answers the most frequently asked questions about the tour and gives much insight into the daily ac-tivities. The book is a pictorial history that provides biographical information on some of the most famouspersonalities of ancient Kemet. The many onsite lectures during the tour will provide you with an eyewitness account of the numerous histori-cal and spiritual concepts created by our ancient ancestors thousands of years before the western world. Theseare the same concepts on which the western world has based its institutions. You will also behold the unsur-passed skill and technique employed in the creation of magnificent monuments built when African peoplewere teachers of the world.

There will be time for relaxation, as well.
