產後母嬰健康照護之 感染管制措施 奇美醫學中心 感染管制委員會 陳郁慧 組長 前言 中國人傳統上有坐月子的習慣,但因社會 變遷家庭型態改變雙薪小家庭的大量 出現妻小於產後乏人照顧等因素,致使 坐月子中心相繼設立 為維護產婦產後及嬰幼兒照護品質與健康 權益,政府積極輔導未立案坐月子中心業 者希冀依護理人員法轉型為產後護理機 做月子中心 產後護理機構 如雨後春筍般的林立 護理機構 產後護理機構 產後需護理之產婦及嬰幼兒 護理之家 出院後需繼續護理之病人 居家護理機構 罹患慢性病需長期護理之病人 分類 服務對象 產後護理機構之服務對象 以下列各款產後需護理之產婦及嬰幼兒 限: 一、產後未滿二個月之產婦 二、出生未滿二個月之嬰幼兒。 前項各款服務對象,經醫師診斷有特殊需要 者,得不受二個月之限制。 以顧客重視層面來看 提升品質三大要素 -專業知識能力 -餐飲品質 -餐飲費用
