Global Maritime Agency LLC, started operations by 2007 by supplying tank cleaning chemicals

as the franchisee of a reputed Norwegian Company. During 2010 we added the Safety Marine

Equipment's Division due to the increasing demand from our Singapore based principal

M/s Walrus Global Marine Equip. Link.

Agency Division was fully operational from 2007 but limited to owner’s protective agents.

Later during 2008, GMA commenced handling vessels calling Fujairah Offshore Anchorage

and Main Berths alongside call (Fujairah Oil Tanker Terminal -FOTT, Fujairah Port, VTTI,

( FRCL), Vopak Horizon Fujairah Terminal - VHFT) on regular basis.

Dubai Ports World ( DPW ) were added to our operations In 2008.

Added Sharjah ports, Port Khaled, Hamriya FZE & Khor Al Fakkan berths & anchorages in the

second half of 2008.

We Established agency network in Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia ( KSA ) in the year 2009.

By 2010, established agency network with reputed LBH Group Rotterdam, the 35 year old

Rotterdam based agency professionals with offices spreading in Africa, Asia, Australia,

Europe, North America & South America.

In 2016, GMA was awarded agency to handle the maiden call of dry cargo wheat ship in

Fujairah Strategic Grain Terminal ( FSGT )

• Declaring the vessel to the Port Authorities on vessel arrival at Anchorage/ Alongside.

• Process necessary ISPS documents and submitting to the port prior to vessel arrival

so that the vessel can carry out the operations at Anchorage/ at Berth.

• Coordinating with the vessel for her ETA and inform the port accordingly with notice

of Arrival.

• Arranging Launch/ Service boats to carry Provisions/ Stores/ Spares/

supt./Surveyors/ Crew, Etc., as and when required.

• Arrange collection of garbage, medical waste, sludge with disposal certificate at

anchorage and alongside.

• Clearance & Logistics of spares in transit from the Airport and connecting to the

vessel & vice versa.

• Arrange supply of Fresh Water at anchorage and alongside calls

vessels during the year 2012 in Fujairah Oil Terminals with

high level service and efficient operational procedures. We act

as Hub agents as per request of our valued principals through

our professional agency networking in UAE , Arabian Gulf &

Worldwide.

Declare vessel schedule at the port with the no. of calls for the season

with ETA & ETD.

Confirm berth reservation for all the calls.

Meeting the port officials on behalf of the principal and confirm all

arrangements well in advance.

Processing the boarding cards for the passengers and crew to facilitate

to go out of the port for their excursion.

Arrange gate passes for the tour operators with vehicle passes.

Arrange stores, spares for the vessel.

Make sure all passengers and crew return onboard the vessel before

departure, as per passenger manifest.

Hand over “Port Clearance” to the vessel before departure.
