Logo Shoppers! We sold out of our popular large utility totes last month but the new shipment has arrived. If

you would like to purchase a tote for $12.00, just check in the church office, M – F, 8:00am – 4:30pm and we’d be

happy to get one for you. All of our in-stock items are available as well.

This year's Easter mission offering will be divided equally between UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on

Relief) and SSP (Sierra Service Project - youth missions). To give use the offering envelope sent in the mail,

available in the pews and on the narthex table, or go to umcstmarks.org to give on-line.

St. Mark's HIV/AIDS Ministry is collecting boxes of tissues through the end of April. Bottles of shampoo will be

collected during the months of May and June. Your donations may be placed on the cart in the courtyard on Sun-

day mornings. Also, please return glass soup jars from all Sunday Dinner Sales. Replacement jars are

costly and we make every effort to keep the sale cost down.

Habitat for Humanity “Brush With Kindness” is a cleanup, beautification, painting, minor repair project fo-

cused on the revitalization of distress neighborhoods. St. Marks’s has committed to a ½ day work project from

7:30am to 1pm on May 11, 2019. 20 volunteers are needed! We will carpool from the south parking lot at

6:45am, the project is located 30 minutes from the church in the Cardinal/Valencia area. We Need You!! Call

Grace Circle of United Methodist Women will meet in rooms 17-18 on Tuesday, April 16th, at 9:15 a.m. We will be filling summer school bags for Nash Elementary School locally and others for UMCOR. All women of the church are invited to join Grace Circle as we pack the bags. You don't have to be a member of UMW or St. Mark's UMC.

GOURMET COFFEE SALE today. St Mark's Agua Prieta Task Force is selling one pound bags of gourmet

coffee ($10 each) in the Courtyard this morning. All proceeds go to Cafe la Colonia, a small business run by

members of Fluenta de Vida (Methodist church) in Agua Prieta, Mexico. If you have questions, please contact

Chronic Illness/Pain Group invites you to a fun evening on Wednesday, April 24th, we will be attending the Pi-

Our current Admin. Assistant, Janie Towne, has announced her plan to retire at the end of May. Effective immediately, St. Mark’s is seeking an experienced person to fill this very important position. This part-time job (25-30 hrs. a week) includes front-office administrative responsibilities as well as working with new members and the Church Growth and Hospitality Committee. Ideally, the candidate will be available for hire the first week of May.
