911 Grant Program The 911 Grant Program provides funding for Emergency Communications Centers (ECCs), also known as Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), across the country to implement Next Generation 911 (NG911) and is a step forward in closing a critical public safety communications gap. Prepare public safety personnel for use and impact of NG911 technology.
