While you are free to help design the fl oor-plan, choose your own colours, and high quality fi ttings, our professional staff will work with you to ensure your building experience is hassle-free and your home is completed on time.

We can manage the entire project for you, handling all council, engineering and contract work to make the whole process as easy as possible.

Standard Features and InclusionsEvery Park Home comes complete with quality standard features and inclusions. Specifi c details of the inclusions and extras will vary depending on the fi nal design and plan selected. Other options are available.

Our sales staff , designers and builders will work with you to ensure a hassle-free building experience to deliver the home of your dreams with the features you need.

While we have a wide range of standard plans, features and inclusions, we prefer to design and build a home to your individual needs and specifi cations.

We off er you the choice of two standard construction methods:

• Poly ply internal panelling: 42mm pine stud frame with specially designed maintenance free poly ply internal panelling.

• Plasterboard walls: Insulated 90mm stud walls lined with painted plasterboard walls and cornice.

Standard Construction Features

• Heavy duty engineered tubular steel base-chassis.

• Engineered footing plans.

• All construction aspects built to comply with the Local Government Act 1995 – including a compliance plate.

• Council approved construction.

• Compilation and submission of council application (payment of all council fees client responsibility).

• W41 structural timber frame, 90mm stud walls (plasterboard wall construction).

• Insulation batts - ceiling (R4.0) and walls (R2.0) (plasterboard wall construction).

• Internal electrics hard wired with circuit breakers and safety switch.

• 3.6mm coated ply interior lining (poly ply internal paneling construction).

• 10mm plaster board lining, painted (plasterboard wall construction).

• 200mm gable ends (eaves).

• Chain tie downs, additional securing ofthe building to the footings.

• Proven construction and transportation methods.

• Transit insurance to site.

• Backed vinyl weatherboard external cladding, Colorbond or western red cedar boards.

• Manufactured engineered timber truss systems.

• Double base-chassis houses joined on site included.

Standard Home Inclusions

All Park Homes are constructed with:

• A range of heavy-duty vinyl and carpet fl oor coverings.

• Down lights to living areas and screw in baton lights to bedrooms.

Costs to be covered by the owner

Park Homes can assist you with organising any or all of the following:

• Fees to complete council planning, plumbing and building applications.

• Building freight to site.

• Crane hire, if required.

• Fit out and fi nish – steps, ramps, decking, gardens and fencing.
