I had the good fortune of working with Jenna while serving in a civil capacity within USAID's Inma Program, an agribusiness development project in Iraq managed by the Louis Berger Group. Jenna arrived to assume the responsibilities of Inma’s Public Affairs (PA) staff manager during a time of great transition. Inma was in the midst of qualifying and completing a tremendous level of deliverables while undergoing detailed and time-consuming scrutiny as part of an Iraq-wide IG audit by the Inma contract authority, United States Assistance and International Development (USAID). It was Jenna's job to convey for reporting purposes and for public consumption Inma's efforts. To this end she was effective, timely, and always professional. Her ability to articulate or convey in writing Inma's mission, purpose, actions, and effects in a brief, thorough, and timely manner purchased Inma many adherents. Prior PA efforts coupled with a disjointed and fragmented use of Inma resources resulted in Inma struggling to gain adherents and relevancy within an ever-shrinking USAID footprint in Iraq. With Jenna’s efforts, the efforts of those responsible for the deliverables, and a Chief of Party well credentialed for counterinsurgency interventions, the Inma project was extended as the only agribusiness tool in the United States Government’s efforts in Iraq. Jenna demonstrated effectiveness which is essential for any organization to succeed in its given professional environment. Therefore, I highly recommend Jenna as a professional representative of any company seeking an individual well versed in conveying critical information in a manner that promotes while at the same time protects those with whom she is charged with representing.
