Mr. Martinez began his career in 1999, shortly after graduating from USC’s Marshall School of Business. He embarked his real estate career by syndicating for high-net worth individuals and private capital into apartment buildings throughout Los Angeles. In 2004, Jay Martinez joined Marcus & Millichap Investment Brokerage in downtown Los Angeles. His first year at the firm, his assiduous work ethic earned him “Rookie of the Year”.
