Move Programming to BCA Option• 29 of 51 programs currently offered at Creekside would relocate to the BCA or other City owned recreation facilities

• Some programs discontinued due to low participation• Save approximately $700,000 annually• Staffing reduced from 8.4 to 3.0 FTE’s

Creekside Limited Option• Creekside would remain open and continue to offer 36 of the 51 programs currently offered.• Discontinue some programs based on low participation and reduction in staffing levels.• The City would save approximately $303,000 in annual property tax support. • Staffing would be reduced from 8.4 to 4.0 FTEs.

Dwan Golf Club

• Averaged 38,330 rounds in the last 5 years & 39,189 rounds in the last 10 years

• Open 7 days a week from early spring, March/April‐Mid November.

• Host site for Bloomington Kennedy and Jefferson High school boys and girls golf teams.

• Hosts numerous charity fundraisers, corporate events, class reunions and various other group events.

Dwan Golf Club-Leagues

• Hosts 11 unique weekly golf leagues.• 250 Men are part of The Dwan’s Men’s Club. They participate in 9‐ and 18‐hole leagues and weekend tournaments.

• Approximately 200 women participate in three ladies leagues

• 140 Born Again Jocks play every Monday in a Senior Men’s League.

• Couples League plays Monday evenings.
