8.1 LIST OF PREPARERS

As required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Order 5050.4A, par. 77, the names and qualifications of the principal persons contributing information to this Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) are identified. It should be noted that, in accordance with Section 1502.6 of the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations, the efforts of an interdisciplinary team, consisting of technicians and experts in various fields, were required to accomplish this study. Specialists involved in this EIS included those in such fields as airport planning; air traffic control; noise assessment and abatement; land use planning; air pollution; biology; historic, architectural, and archaeological resources; and other disciplines. It should also be noted that, while an interdisciplinary approach has been used, all decisions made with regard to the content and scope of this EIS are those of the FAA.
