Drink at least 8 glass of water in a day. Regular drinking of water helps the body to retain the moisture and remain energetic.
Drink plenty of water
Consume watery foods
Consume watery fruits and veggies like watermelon, papaya, pineapple, muskmelon, grapes, orange, tomatoes, cucumber to feel refreshed and hydrated during summer.
Go for workouts
Consume water in the morning and go for workouts, so that we can feel fresh air and also put out our thirst. Feel energetic and inhale fresh air with workouts.

Drinking water before and after meal is a good practice to avoid overeating and to have a good digestion easily.
