This year was an amazing year.I met a lot of new people and am happy to say Guaranteed Prosper-ity has helped each and every person who got on our lines.

We introduced to this industry the idea of Guaranteed Results, and while the concept is highly popular with our students, it is not as much with our competitors and so the villain in the story showed his head… Our insane “competitor” stole money from us, deceived some of our clients, stole our ideas, lied and lied some more and lied even more - and at the same time had the guts to say we stole from him, yet, YOU were smart to see through the lies, to recognize truth and I commend you for that.

You filled my heart with joy and pride, you were clever, YOU recog-nized truth – thank YOU.

And so we get to this new year… This new year is the year of expansion – YOUR EXPANSION.

Finance is the subject of controlling or han-dling the money of an organization, country or individual.

Being able to use the law of finance will ensure you will control money and so have money.

While finance is a very important subject, it is a simple subject, and yet most people seem to have a lot of problems with con-trolling or handling money. This is true in situations where one already has money as well as situations where one does not have any money at all.

WHY? Let’s first see why finance is so simple.

The subject of finance is simple due to the fact that you need to know and apply only

ONE law, and as long as you do not violate that ONE law, you will have a lot of money.So, what is the law you need to know and apply?

STANDING.

Too simple?

Yes, and that is your first indication that that law is true. If it is not simple, it either con-tains a lie or you simply don’t know it yet.

Go ahead and read that law one more time. Really break each part down. Good. Now we will take a look at it in depth… You notice I said “have more money” and

not “MAKE more money”… You see the government makes money, but people ex-change products and so they HAVE money. As long as you will try to make money, you are aiming at the wrong target and will have the wrong result – no money and a poor financial condition!

So, you must learn how to have money by an exchange of products – you will have more money than you can count.

The way to ensure you control the addiction that is called spending is, you must learn how to do proper WEEKLY financial plan-ning.

So, to have money you need to:

This includes stopping attempts to make money by somehow getting money… Cheat-ing, gambling, hoping, etc. are all attempts to make money rather than exchange prod-ucts for money and is always an admission of a person distrusting himself.

It is YOUR production and the exchange of what YOU produce that will allow you to have money.

So, if you do not have enough money, you simply are not producing and need to learn the art of finance – yes, If you want to pro-duce and have money, you need to study finance!

Credit standing has everything to do with reliability or confidence.

Knowing the tech of creating financial reli-ability will provide any amount of credit you will want, but of course you will also learn how not to use that credit.

Finance is a subject you need to KNOW. If you do not know it, you will commit the worst crime in Western society – not having enough money.

It may come as a surprise to you, but you can and should produce money from the first day you are operating as a business. If you don’t, it means you are not producing and so you do not have money in return.

You also may not know that financial plan-ning is not accounting. Actually, most ac-countants have no idea what is meant by financial planning.

It is also interesting to note that if financial planning is not done, it will inevitably be left for the group, or part of the group, to de-cide on how the money will be spent - and groups will always spend all the money they have.

The first purpose of financial planning is to make sure the organization is solvent – meaning it has more money than bills.

The second purpose of financial planning is to make sure the group is viable – mean-ing it is able to cover long terms expenses while expanding and prospering.

So, if you want to be solvent, viable and prosperous… learn and apply the financial technology.

If you will not take a portion of your income as it comes into the organization and HIDE it in inaccessible reserve accounts, you will never have enough money.

Purpose is the fuel for the spirit and as long as people do not know that they MUST pro-duce, they will not produce. That demand for production is what will get people pro-ducing and the best way to get this demand real for the group (and you) is by creating a strong need in the environment, even if artificially, create the need and the purpose will become real – THEREAFTER, THE RE-SULTS ARE INEVITABLE.

As long as you do not have results, the pur-pose is dull. You can learn to continually increase the size of your organization’s reserves by learning the financial technology.

What are the most important lessons you’ve learned?

1. You are the creator. Whatever your target is you can achieve it. There is no room for blaming somebody else for who you are or how you feel, because you create your life. If you want to feel good, stop creating feelings you don’t like. Thanks to Meir I know that there is so much more I can accomplish than I realized.

2. Eliminate explanations. We no longer find excuses to explain why sales are low, instead we look for the correct actions that will improve the statistics. Results don’t happen by default, whether sales go up or down, someone or something is causing this to happen.

3. Take responsibility for your actions. This was a big thing for me. It created a different point of view in what I’m doing. Things around me are now unfolding much easier.

4. Be willing to confront. This has improved the communication with the people around me and, because I pay more attention I understand my employees better. When you are able to confront, you can find a solution much easier.

5. Look at the statistics. By stepping back to see whether the statistics are improving or not, you’ll know if you are taking the right action. This will allow you to analyze the situation better. How have you personally benefitted from Meir’s coaching?

My life has totally changed since I met Meir. Instead of being effect, I am being more and more cause. I’ve learned to take full responsibility and the communication with my family has improved significantly. Because Meir has the ability to identify ‘the real why’ and the correct sequence of the actions that need to be taken, amazing results are created very quickly.

What I appreciate so much about him is that he is always available when you need him: He’ll never let you down. When you talk to him, you feel that you are the only person in the universe, no matter how busy he is.

Being part of the Guaranteed Prosperity community has been very valuable to me. I’ve devel-oped true friendships with other students, because I can be confident that the people around Meir can be trusted and are ethical.

Please tell us about your company

My name is Carmen and I own a wholesale wood flooring company with 14 employees. We have been a distributor in the Chicago area for the last 12 years, serving contractors and developers.

When did you meet Meir?

Meir was speaking at an event I attended in the beginning of 2013. I was very impressed with the powerful content he shared. I knew instantly that he could help me take my life and business to the next level – AND HE DID!

What results did you get from working with Guaranteed Prosperity?

My first coaching session was in May last year. It was amazing! After spending only 30 min-utes with Meir I realized that that there was a simple solution for certain things that had looked so complicated to me. Meir showed me an easy way how to create a game atmo-sphere every day and how to measure the performance of the sales people, teaching them how to hold themselves accountable ev-ery day. The results? That same day that Meir worked with me in the office, we tripled our sales.

Since that first coaching session in May, our sales have doubled. I am so excited for 2014, because I’ll be able to fully apply the knowl-edge I acquired last year.

Please tell us about yourself.

My name is Tonya. I’ve been in account-ing for 10 years and for the last two years I’ve been in charge of Division 3 – Treasury for Guaranteed Prosperity. My dream was to open a dance studio one day, but when I had children I wanted to have something more stable and accounting was my sec-ond talent. I’m a single mom of two won-derful teenagers. After work, I enjoy spend-ing time with my family and I love belly dancing.

It’s a wonderful work environment. In so many other jobs I would be asked to do shady things that would go against my faith as a Christian. In the two years that I’ve been working here I have only seen honest true numbers. It’s refreshing to be around ethical people who treat each other with respect.

There was a lot to learn when Tonya just started working for

GP. She is willing to learn and work hard. She is honest and has a lot of willingness to handle things and to improve the con-dition, which makes working with her very rewarding.

I like working with Tonya be-cause she is a very nice per-

son. She has a great willingness to learn new procedures. She goes the extra mile to get a good product. Also, I like that she not only creates her post, but also her environ-ment by decorating her office. It gives you a warm welcome feeling when you step into her office.

What has it been like to work for GP?

Everything I’ve learned from Meir and Avi-va has been priceless. I can’t say ‘Thank you’ enough. It’s been completely different from any other job I’ve ever had. Working here has taught me so much and that has helped me greatly in every area of my life. When my girl friend was about to die a lit-tle over two years ago, I promised to raise her two children (aged 16 and 17). It was a difficult time. I was broken – I just got divorced, I had lost my best friend, but I had to pull it together for the children. If it wasn’t for Aviva, I would be doped on the medications the doctor had prescribed me for bipolar and depression.

Now I am not taking any medication and I’m doing better than I’ve ever been before. With Aviva’s help I was able to trust myself. The children have benefitted greatly as well from the information I shared with them. My best friend’s children were smoking pot and partying after the death of their mother. I’m proud to say that because I was able to teach them the right knowledge, one is starting college this month and the other one will be studying ministry at the Univer-sity in Lakeland this fall.

What do you like about your job?

For the first time in my life I love my job. I never wake up thinking, “Oh no, I have to go to work today.” I love the GP team and I’m proud to be a member of it. Everybody is always happy. There is always something new to learn: My mind is constantly ex-panding.

A cruise sounds like an absolutely fabulous way to spend a week in December – fun with friends, the warmth of the Caribbean sun and incredible learning from the team at Guaran-teed Prosperity. But for this passenger, there is a little bit more to the story.

11 years ago almost to the day, my father past away while I was on cruise ship much like the one that was about to set sail. So stepping on The Liberty of the Seas was a very confronting experience as I’m sure you can imagine.

One of the things I’ve learned most from my experience, not only on the cruise, but since I started learning from Meir about 9 months ago, is that you have to push through what you find challenging and confront it. That is the only way to create the abundance we all want from life.

The seminars he taught on the ship helped greatly in that process as we learned about Dianetics and the auditing process. I per-sonally was able to confront my dad’s death through this process and release a lot of the sadness and grief I had been holding onto for many years. It was apparent that many other

students had similar wins and it was amaz-ing to witness the incredible compassion and care everyone had for one another as we jour-neyed through the auditing process together. There were also wonderful classes on the 2nd Dynamic, which focused on the family and creativity. We all enjoyed the special presen-tation from Brenna (age 10) who taught us “grown-ups” how children look at our behav-ior toward them. It was very moving and eye-opening for many in the room.

Aside, from the incredible learning that took place I have to say that the cruise was prob-ably one of the most fun experiences I’ve had in a learning environment! Meals together with our GP family, dancing all night, mafia & cigars and the excursions to Labadee and Jamaica made the cruise trip an event to re-member!

It is truly amazing what happens when a group of people who genuinely care about each oth-er’s success comes together. In short, it was an event NOT to be missed. The next time a GP Cruise sets sail I highly recommend you be on it!

On the cruise I’ve gained amazing knowl-edge for myself and for my family, which will bring us closer together. The seminar defined a new viewpoint of marriage and how to make it work. The parent academy is a must for all parents. It was a great breakthrough!

Q: What would you like to say to GP students?A: I wouldn’t say I have a general message when it comes to our clients. Their personalities and busi-nesses are unique, therefore we customize our coaching programs for the individual who is running that respective business. I would tell our students that 2014 will be STRONG.

For those students that fulfilled the prerequisite classes and were hand picked by Meir and invited by me to attend the Advanced Courses congratulations. To those that have taken the prerequisites please be patient for the invite, we simply want to make sure you are ready to receive the information Meir will be teaching. It’s going to be intense.

Q: What has your experience been like working with GP?A: It’s certainly been a breath of fresh air in an industry that in some cases can be full of hot air. Wow! What a first 6 months...A lot has happened...from the very public attack from a single person to the in-credible clients that we have accumulated. We’ve really created a great foundation of a team. Although we accomplished a lot make no mistake we still have a ton to do. We have BIG plans and at the 6-month mark we are just now scratching the surface of what’s possible. This business tech is nothing short of incredible, an absolute game changer.

Q: What have you personally gained from working with GP?A: You mean besides learning from 9-figure master businessman Meir Ezra? Or the friendships I’ve made through GP? I guess since this isn’t an either or question I’m able to say both. I’ve gained the knowl-edge on how to make any business succeed whether its mine or someone else’s. I’ve been very fortunate because not only am I a VP of this organization but I’m a student as well. Having the opportunity to learn this business technology w/our students has been an incredible experience. This has really brought us all very close.

Q: What is the difference between GP and other coaching compa-nies you’ve worked with in the past?A: Good question. Other coaching companies coach on teaching the technical aspects on the “how to” of business strategies such as Internet Marketing or learning how to invest in Real Estate etc. GP’s different in the fact that we help the student take their existing knowledge and with their efforts form a business that will no doubt stand the test of time while always ever expanding....guaranteed when done as taught. It really is important to have both types of coaching. You must make sure that the person who is your technical coach is no less than a master in his or her field, this is extremely important. With any coaching/consulting the student must follow through on their end as well. Making the investment in coaching is only 1% of the journey. The ones who put towards the other 99% of the effort to learn and implement are the ones who will succeed. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO WILL SUCCEED. One has to be committed.

5. What are you most looking forward to in 2014?Oh boy where do I start? I have an events and consulting company that was launched in Sept ‘13, this has taken off much faster than anticipated. This company will allow me be on many different stages around the globe this year while continuing to meet and form relationships with many different types of entrepreneurs. Not only will this increase my personal network but I will also have the unique opportunity to introduce these people to my coach and mentor Meir Ezra. If I didn’t share what I have been learning since June that would simply be criminal.

I’m most looking forward to helping people make as much money as possible. Meir promised that to me earlier this year and I want to pay it forward. Here We GROW!

I own the Millionaires Investment Group, which is a large group of investors that look for good opportunities. We bring deals to each other and present them at different seminars and then we partner on those and invest in them. I invest in many sectors including real estate, businesses, start up technology, oil and gas, and also lend money to companies with existing cash flow and col-lateral.

I have been a professional expert investor for over 25 years as well as being an author and public speaker. I have books, DVDs and courses. I teach people about secrets of the wealthy, how to evalu-ate deals and how to invest in turn key deals all tax-free. I was a stockbroker for 13 years and owned the firm for 5 years.

I met Meir over a year ago when I was an instructor at CEO Space. Meir then came to one of my investment seminars and was impressed with my ability and content. How do we teach our children good habits and learning control and re-sponsibility? The biggest issue par-ents have with teens is getting them to do chores without asking them several times. -

Children are people in smaller bodies. Whatever they do, they do because they want to do something good – even if it looks that the results are bad, their in-tention is always good. When you oper-ate from that viewpoint, you also need to understand that they also don’t learn from hearing, they learn from looking. So when mothers and fathers don’t help

A good manager or a good executive is a person that generates more money for his company than he spends - or in other words, the company is solvent, becomes viable and is prosperous. What such an executive is doing is GET-TING AGREEMENT. While good control is necessary, it is workable only to the amount that the person being controlled is willing to be controlled. That willingness is gained by bringing about agreement. How do you bring about agreement?

So first you need to handle yourself as parents and agree on the things you are doing so the children can see. Then you need to consult with the kids on their understanding of why a certain thing needs to be done and they need to understand how it will help them and how it will help the family.

If you bring this condition of how it will help them and how it will help the family as well as you yourself do the actions, the children will be able to see and learn from observing not just from hearing. If you do all these things while understanding that children are basically good and always want to help and do the right thing, then it will be a no brainer and the children will just do what you agree with them to do.

How do I become 100% at cause, creating my life EXACTLY how I want it to be? –

In order to be fully at cause, you need to handle #1 the reactive mind and #2 you need to learn the technology that is related to life or the area you want to be at cause over. Before you handle the re-active mind on the area you are dealing with and before you have the knowledge on the area you want to control you will not control those areas.

So it is the combination of both those things that will put you at cause over your life.
