– A current queue can be assigned to only an administrator – to eliminate too many accounts in queues – until actual

collection efforts are necessary.

• Bankrupt Accounts

– Many times, Bankrupt Accounts must be monitored and processed by a legal specialist. By moving these accounts

into a special queue, this helps reduce the risk of contacting a customer accidently and jeopardizing the bank’s

interest.

– If an account has been charged off, many times they can go into a special queue as to not fill up regular queues and

make unnecessary accounts in a queue.
