• Petra is a historical and archaeological city.• It is also known as the Rose City due to the
color of the stone out of which it is carved.• It was build in 200 BC
Christ the Redeemer (statue)
• Christ the Redeemer is an statue of Jesus Christ in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
• It is 30 metres tall & the arms are 28 metres wide.
• It is located at the peak of the Corcovado mountain in the Tijuca Forest.
MACHU PICCHU
• Machu picchu is a mountain with a broad base & sharp end peaks .
• It is located in the Cusco Region in the district of Peru.
• Its 2,430 metres (7,970 ft) above sea level.• It is referred to as the "Lost City of the Incas"
CHICHEN ITZA
• Chichen Itza is located in the eastern portion of Yucatán state in Mexico.
• Chichen Itza was a major economic power in the northern Maya lowlands.
• Chichen Itza is one of the most visited archaeological sites in Mexico; in 2007 it was estimated to receive an average of 1.2 million visitors .
COLOSSEUM
• Colosseum also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre .
• It is situated in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy.
• Built of concrete and stone, it was the largest amphitheatre of the Roman Empire
TAJ MAHAL
• The Taj Mahal is a white marble tomb located in Agra.
• It was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his third wife, Mumtaz.
• Taj Mahal is regarded by many as the finest example of Mughal architecture.
• The construction began around 1632 and was completed around in 22 years, in 1653, employing thousands of artisans and craftsmen.

• The Great Pyramid of Giza is also known as the Pyramid of Khufu.
• The Great Pyramid of Giza is the only pyramid in Egypt known to contain both ascending and descending passages.
• The Great Pyramid was the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years.
