WHAT IS HOSHINKANRI?
A Japanese term that is made up of two words"hoshin" & "kanri"
hoshin - means direction or needle kanri - means control or management
Put together you end up with "strategicmanagement"
Without being intentional about your strategy,
you will end up chasing shiny objects andfighting fires
