How to reduce salt during cooking?

1)Avoid ready made processed food soups. Maybe occasionally .

2)Don’t marinate with salt.Use mix of spices to marinate.

3)Have right amount of potassium

More fresh vegetables and fruits naturally high in potassium and low in sodium.

Less bread, cheese, processed meat,canned food,processed food

4)Wash and rinse thoroughly, canned veggies to get rid of the salt solution.
