Ma’aden/ Sahara Project (SAMAPCO)
• JV developing production facility to manufacture Caustic Soda & EDC.
• The new company was named “SAMAPCO” and located at Jubail.
• The company will produce 250 KT of Caustic Soda & 300 KT of EDC.
• All Caustic Soda will be used in Ras Al-Khair refinery.
• Expected Startup at Q4 2012.
