Entries will be accepted from female and male players who are members of a recognised Golf Union. AGE LIMIT: born in 2003 or later HCP LIMIT: Girls: 18.4 Boys: 12.4 The player’s National Golf Union must certify the exact handicap at the closing date. LIMITATION OF ENTRIES – 120 PLAYERS (36 Girls, 84 Boys)

Girls: 36 players max. 27 entries will be decided using:

- 15 Belgian players selected by RBGF Final entry list will be published on the website of the Royal Belgian Golf Federation on Thursday 8th of June 2017. ENTRY FORM must be sent to the RBGF not later than the 6th of June 2017 at 23:00. ENTRY FEE must be paid upon registration 125€ per player including:

- practice and championship rounds - lunch at Royal Waterloo GC for the 5 days - transportation from and to Brussels airport (from Monday 3th of July at 14:00 until Tuesday 4th July 12:00) - transportation from and to official hotel - transportation from and to golf club

75€ per official including: - lunch at Royal Waterloo GC for the 5 days - transportation from and to Brussels airport (from Monday 3th of July at 14:00 until Tuesday 4th July 12:00) - transportation from and to official hotel - transportation from and to golf club

CHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULE

Monday 3th of July arrival of players Tuesday 4th of July 1st practice round – player registration Wednesday 5th of July 2nd practice round – player registration – officials meeting. REGISTRATION

All players must have registered and paid his entry fee in the Tournament Office at the Golf Club before 5th of July 12:00. A competitor who does not register up to this date and time is liable to be withdrawn from the Championship. If a player is unable to register in person, a registration by another person, via fax or e-mail will be accepted.

The RBGF shall present the first 3 teams of the Nations’ Cup with a memento The RBGF shall present the first 3 players – Girls and Boys – with a memento The Best U12 girl or boy will receive the Teodoro Soldati Trophy

4. CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION

INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Stroke play - 54 holes / 18 holes per day – 6-8 July 2017

In the event of a tie for the first place, a hole-by-hole play-off stroke play will be organized until a winner has been decided. The holes that will be used for the play-off are to be decided by the Tournament Committee. All other ties will be decided by matching scorecards (last 18, last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole). If this method does not produce an outcome, lot will decide the ties.

NATIONS’ CUP

Eligible for play of the Nations’ Cup are teams of three or four players, who entered the competition before closing date and have been nominated by their National Golf Union either in advance to the RBGF Office or up to the day before the Championship until 03:00 p.m. in the Tournament Office at the Golf Club. Each country may enter two teams of 4 players (boys or girls or mixed). Players who are selected by their Federation to play the Nations Cup, are assured to play the competition. 54 holes stroke-play teams’ event – 6-8 July 2017 The aggregate of the three lowest scores from each round will count. A tie for any place in the Nations’ Cup shall be decided using:

1. the lowest total of the three lowest scores, one from each day.

2. the sum of the three lowest non-counting scores

3. the best team score of round 3



Any further tie will be decided based on the final stipulated 18, 9, 6, 3 holes or last hole of the best score from each of the tied teams.

PRACTICE

Only registered players will be permitted to practice during the official practice rounds and in official practice areas.

CADDIES – ELECTRIC GOLF TROLLEYS

a) No caddies are permitted b) Electric golf trolleys are not permitted.

Two strokes for each hole at which any breach occurred; maximum penalty per round: four strokes. In the event of a breach between the play of two holes, the penalty applies to the next hole. For b) Use of any unauthorised form of electric golf trolley shall be discontinued player having a caddie in

breach with this Condition must immediately upon discovery that a breach has occurred ensure that he conforms to this Condition for the remainder of the stipulated round. Otherwise, the player is disqualified.
