Itinerary:

Day 1: Pickup from Bagdogra Airport and Transfer to Phuentsholing. Upon your arrival at Bagdogra Airport, our representative will meet and greet you and after that proceed toward Phuentsholing (4 hours) for the overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Thimphu and on the way sightseeing and overnight stay in Thimphu.

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, complete the immigration formalities and then

check out. Proceed towards Thimphu, we stop our journey on the way to see and feel the

Bhutan Himalayan scenery . On the way, we will reach the highest point of about

2800m/9,185ft. Leisure time in the evening for shopping. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 3: Thimphu sightseeing and Do-Chula Pass and overnight stay in Punakha.

After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing, Buddha Dordenma Statue , a place for

refreshing with a huge statue of Buddha on the top of the Kuensel Phodrang, the National

Memorial Chorten Stupas: The chorten or stupa was built in the memory of the third king.

Simply Bhutan Museum: Projects is a living museum and a photo studio. You get to

experience the traditions and household rituals of Bhutan in this museum.

Drive to Punakha. On the way Stop at Dochula-Pass (3150 mts.) a beautiful mountain pass,

which is about 20 km from Thimphu is a concentration of 108 memorial stupas known as

“ Druk Wangyal Chortens”. Overnight Stay in Punakha.

Day 4: Punakha Sightseeing and overnight stay in Paro.

After breakfast visit Punakha Dzong - built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. For

many years until the time of the second king, it served as the seat of the Government. The

Dzong was named Druk Pangthang Dechen Phodrang (Palace of Great Happiness). Punakha

is still the winter residence of Je-Khenpo and King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck convened the first

National Assembly here in 1952. After that, a short and easy hike to visit the Chhimi

Lhakhang - The Temple, also known as “ The Temple of Fertility” was built by Lama Drukpa

Kuenley, “The Divine Madman”. Punakha Suspension Bridge: It is one of the longest and

oldest suspension bridges of the scenically blessed kingdom, Bhutan built above Po Chhu

River. Drive towards Paro. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Paro.

Day 5: Trekking to Tiger’s Nest and overnight stay in Paro

Hiking to Tiger’s Nest Monastery. which clings to a cliff 3,000 feet above the valley floor.

Legend has it that Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche) flew to this location on the back of a

tiger in the 8th century. Guru Rinpoche introduced Buddhism to their country, and the

Taktsang Monastery is one of the principal pilgrimage destinations in Bhutan. Spend time

with the monks as they pray. Overnight stay in Paro.

Day 6: Paro – Chela-La-Pass sightseeing & overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

After breakfast proceed towards Chele La Pass. Chele La Pass at over 13,000 ft to the west

above the Paro Valley is the highest road pass in the country and has amazing views of the

Himalaya especially that of Mt. Jomolhari, Bhutan’s most sacred peak at over 22,000 feet.

Chele La Pass is a one and a half hour drive from the valley floor in Paro. Apart from the

beautiful view, the pass is also a hot spot for flora & fauna. Afternoon drive to

Phuentsholing with stopovers and enjoying the scenic beauty. Overnight stay in

Phuentsholing.

Day 7: Transfer from Phuentsholing to Bagdogra Airport.

After breakfast checkout from Hotel and proceed to Bagdogra Airport for onward journey.

Tour concludes with happy memories.

Sustainable Development Fee & Visa Charges: • Please note that Tourism Council of Bhutan are planning to charge SDF from Year 2020 and some Visa Fee. However It is not fixed that how much amount it will be and when it will be applied. In case if they imply then clients have to pay extra.

Baggage Limit: Each traveller is permitted to bring 2 bags of weighing no more than 7KG & 15KG respectively.
