؇ശɧ৫�ֆΣፄ�{࠰�ಥᒄ৵त৵ז����東華三院「奔向共融」—香港賽馬會特殊馬拉松2018（簡稱iRun）於1月14日假中西區海濱長廊（中環段）及龍和道舉行，由香港特別行政區政府政務司司長張建宗大紫荊勳賢GBS太平紳士、東華三院主席李鋈麟博士太平紳士，以及香港賽馬會慈善及社區事務執行總監張亮先生共同主持起步禮。立法會邵家臻議員、「星中之星—香港傑出運動員」蘇樺偉先生、東華三院「共融大使」袁偉豪先生及梁烈唯先生亦出席支持，場面非常熱鬧。

東華三院一直重視智障人士的健康生活，以至家庭關係。為了鼓勵更多智障人士加入跑步行列，勤做運動，東華三院自2011年起舉辦iRun，由智障跑手伙拍健全的伴跑員參賽，希望藉著這年度的賽事宣揚「傷健共融」理念，至今已成為復康界的年度盛事。今年賽事已來到第8屆，共3,930名來自海內外的智障跑手及其伴跑員參加，人數再創新高。承蒙香港賽馬會慈善信託基金一直以來的支持，今年賽事再獲基金撥款910萬元，捐助2018年起共3年的賽事。馬會除繼續熱心捐助外，今屆亦派出21位員工擔任伴跑員和90位義工，實行全方位支持這項別具意義的活動。

為進一步宣揚「和諧共融」的訊息，賽事由今屆開始推出「與校共融」計劃，由中學生作伴跑員，伙拍智障跑手作定期的跑步訓練及完成iRun的賽事，鼓勵「共融由學校開始」。另外，為了使iRun惠及更多有需要人士，本屆東華三院增設了一項名為「陪你跑．出色」的慈善跑環節，利用網上眾籌方式為本院的「愛不同藝術」團隊籌款，推動社區共融藝術項目。為提升跑手的經驗，大會將會贊助各組冠軍跑手及其伴跑員參與於今年4月底在台灣高雄舉辦的「2018高雄城市迷你馬拉松比賽」5公里健走組賽事，為iRun加添多重意義。

今年賽事亦獲8間企業派出代表伙拍智障人士參加3公里的「共融跑」，包括香港賽馬會、香港沙田凱悅酒店、百麗國際控股有限公司、花旗集團、香港海洋公園、合和實業有限公司、電訊盈科有限公司及恒愛義工隊〔恒益物業管理有限公司〕。

TWGHs “iRun” — The Hong Kong Jockey Club Special Marathon 2018Organised by TWGHs and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the 8th TWGHs “iRun” — The Hong Kong Jockey Club Special Marathon 2018 was successfully held on 14 January 2018 at the Central and Western District Promenade(Central Section) and Lung Wo Road. We were honoured to have Mr. CHEUNG Kin Chung, Matthew, GBM, GBS, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration, Dr. LEE Yuk Lun, JP, the Chairman, and Mr. Leong CHEUNG, Executive Director, Charities and Community, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, as officiating guests of the opening ceremony.

With an aim of promoting social inclusion and a healthy lifestyle among those with intellectual disability, iRun has become a signature event in the rehabilitation service sector. This year, it attracted a record-breaking 3,930 participants. Special thanks to The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust for their continual support to the event. Besides donating another 9.1 million to support iRun from 2018 - 2020, it also sent 21 staff members and 90 volunteers this year to participate in this meaningful event.

To further promote social inclusion, this year, we newly launched the “Inclusion in School” Scheme which encouraged secondary

school students to be running partners and participate in iRun with people with intellectual disability. Also, we added the item “iRun for Colour” which was a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for i-dArt of TWGHs to promote art development for people with different abilities.

ชԊࢩ˴ Chairman’s MessageHappy New Year! May I start with a blessing by wishing everyone success and good health in 2018!

At the turn of the year, TWGHs got the best gift of all as a series of heart-warming news poured in. TWGHs together with its social enterprises have once again been recognised as “Caring Employer” in the “18 Districts Caring Employers Award”, and have received the “Special Award for Recipients over 5 Consecutive Years or Above”. In “The 8th Hong Kong Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Award”, TWGHs’ social enterprises have won the Silver Award in the “Social Enterprise Category”, the commendation of “Caring Employer”, and the Young Power Award. Besides, the Student Support Team of TWGHs Wong See Sum Kindergarten has received the “Caring Team Award” in the “A Healthy Harmonious and Caring Campus Award Scheme”, which demonstrates our achievements in promoting all-round education and nurturing the next generation of caring hearts. All these acknowledgements truly affirm our efforts in creating a caring environment and promoting a caring culture. Here, the Board Members and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to our colleagues for their dedication and contributions over the years.

It is our goal to promote social inclusion and build a harmonious community. In mid-January, we held the “TWGHs ‘iRun’ — The Hong Kong Jockey Club Special Marathon 2018” in Admiralty, the heart of Hong Kong, with the aim of encouraging people with intellectual disability to exercise more and promoting “social integration” in the community. Being organised for the 8th year, the event attracted a record high of more than 3,900 athletes with intellectual disability and their pair-up runners. The weather was good on the day. All athletes arrived at the venue early in the morning for preparation and warm-up, some with relatives and friends present to cheer for them. I joined the honourable guests to officiate at the starting-gun-firing ceremony. At the sound of the starting gun, the athletes and their pair-up runners took off swiftly for the same goal, helping and supporting each other along the way. It was indeed a spectacular and touching scene and I was overjoyed to join the “cheerleaders” and root for the athletes, cheering for them to try their best in the Marathon and in their lives, as TWGHs is and will always be their “pair-up runners” through all the ups and downs.

Over the years, the Special Marathon has received support from various rehabilitation organisations, special schools and different sectors in Hong Kong, and has become a significant annual event in the local rehabilitation field. To further promote the message of social inclusion, this year we especially launched two new schemes, one of them being “Inclusion in School” which utilised the school platform to allow the younger generation to better understand people with intellectual disability through different activities. A student, who joined the Marathon as a pair-up runner, told me that the valuable opportunity to meet with people with intellectual disability helped enhance his understanding about them and made him learn to appreciate their differences. Another new scheme was “iRun for Colour”, which was aimed at arousing public awareness of the artistic talents of people with different abilities. Besides, the related fund-raising activity also secured enthusiastic support from members of the public, which is indeed encouraging! The Marathon has brought us together and has enabled a positive influence among us. Thanks to the event, people with different abilities can draw a more beautiful and colourful life, adding diversity and hope to the community.

Apart from integration of the disabled and the able-bodied, we also care about the elderly, hoping that they can enjoy and embrace a rich life during their twilight years. We joined hands with the CLP to celebrate the Senior Citizens Day with the “Sharing the Festive Joy” community luncheon for 200 senior residents. To encourage lifelong learning, we organised the “YO2gather Variety Show” for over 100 young elders to demonstrate their talents in dancing, music, magic, and so on. In his earlier visit to TWGHs On Tat Neighbourhood Elderly Centre, the Secretary for Labour and Welfare had some personal experience and expressed his appreciation of the SHARE (Sports, Health, Art, Relationship and Environment) lifestyle that we promote, which effectively contributes to the physical and mental health of the elderly.

Meanwhile, the youth and children remain our focus and concern, as their development greatly benefits from the care and support of the benefactors and the general public. My sincere gratitude goes to Ms. TANG Ming Wai, Mandy, Member of TWGHs Advisory Board, and the Tang brothers, as well as to Ms. TSENG FAN Ho Ling, Sandra and Miss Freya TSENG, daughter-in-law and granddaughter of the late Mr. TSENG Cheng, OBE, JP, Chairman 1963/1964, for their generous donations to fund our educational development and school facility upgrades, all creating a better learning environment for our students.

Under the auspices of different parties, TWGHs has ushered in 2018 with a series of good news. We will never dare to be self-content or slack, though. Instead, with concerted efforts, we will launch more caring, timely and diversified services to bring hope, happiness and warmth to different groups in the community.

新年快樂！踏入2018年，讓我祝願大家新年事事順利，身體健康。

在送舊迎新之際，本院收到一連串充滿愛心的喜訊，實在是給我們最佳的「新年禮物」。本院連同屬下社會企業，再度榮獲「十八區關愛僱主」計劃中的「關愛僱主」獎項，並獲發「連續5年或以上大獎」。而在「第八屆香港傑出企業公民獎」中，本院社企分別獲得「社會企業組別銀獎」、「關愛員工」特別嘉許，以及企業公民新力量獎。另本院屬下黃士心幼稚園的學生支援小組亦獲得「健康和諧關愛校園」獎勵計劃的「關愛團隊」獎，彰顯我們推動「全人教育」及培育下一代「關愛之心」的成果。這些嘉許都充分肯定了本院在締造關愛環境、宣揚關愛文化的努力，我與董事局成員在此衷心感謝各位同事多年來的付出和貢獻。

「推動社會共融，共建和諧社會」是我們的目標。一月中旬，我們在金鐘這個香港中心地區，圓滿舉行了「東華三院『奔向共融』—香港賽馬會特殊馬拉松2018」（iRun），旨在鼓勵智障人士多運動，並走入社區，向公眾宣揚「傷健共融」的理念。今年賽事踏入第8屆，有超過3,900名智障運動員及伴跑員參加，打破歷年紀錄！當日天朗氣清，健兒一早便到達比賽場地準備及熱身，不少親友也到場做啦啦隊，歡呼打氣。我與一眾主禮嘉賓在主禮台上主持鳴槍儀式，在「嘭！」的一聲下啟動起跑，跑手與伴跑員如浪潮湧出，向着同一目標奔馳，互相扶持，無分你我，場面壯觀而震撼。身為主席的我格外興奮，不禁加入「啦啦隊」行列，向跑手們大呼「加油！」，鼓舞他們在這場馬拉松以至人生長跑中全力以赴。東華三院就是你們的伴跑員，風雨同路，不離不棄。

多年來，iRun均得到本港多個復康團體、特殊學校及不同界別機構的支持，並已成為本港復康界的年度盛事。為了進一步推廣共融訊息，今年我們特別推出兩項新計劃，其中之一是「與校共融」計劃，透過學校這個渠道和不同的活動，讓下一代多認識智障人士。有學生陪跑員告訴我，今次活動讓他有機會接觸智障人士，透過親身相處改變了自己對他們的認知，學懂欣賞他們的不同。另一項新計劃就是「iRun for Colour陪你跑．出色」慈善跑環節，是希望大眾認識不同能力人士的藝術才能，而相關的眾籌活動也得到市民的熱烈支持，實在令人鼓舞！這場賽事拉近了人與人之間的距離，以生命影響生命，讓不同能力的人士為自己的生命繪畫出更美麗更富色彩的圖畫，令社會更添姿彩，確實別具意義。

除了傷健共融，我們亦關顧長者，希望他們能享受豐盛生活，擁抱精彩的黃金歲月。我們除了與中電合辦「長者日萬歲宴」，與200名長者午宴及共度長者日外，亦鼓勵「老友記」活到老學到老，所以特別舉辦「華菁幻想四重奏」，讓逾百名年輕長者可以一展才藝，為觀眾帶來精彩的舞蹈、音樂、魔術等演出。勞工及福利局局長早前亦到訪本院屬下安達長者鄰舍中心，親身體驗我們推廣的多元化SHARE長者生活模式〔運動（Sports）、健康（Health）、藝術（Art）、人際網絡（Relationship）、建立友善社區（Environment）〕，並欣賞其有助「老友記」實踐身心康健生活的成效。

青少年及兒童亦是我們關注的一群，善長及大眾的關懷與支持，對他們的發展非常重要。我衷心感謝鄧明慧顧問及鄧氏兄弟，以及癸卯年主席曾正OBE太平紳士的兒媳曾范顥齡女士和孫女曾蘩雅小姐的慷慨捐贈，資助本院的教育發展和提升學校設施，讓我們的學生可在更優越的環境下學習。

感謝各方支持，讓東華三院在一連串喜訊的簇擁下繼續向新一年邁進。我們絕不敢自滿、怠慢，會繼續上下同心協力，推出更多貼心、適時及多元化的服務，把希望、歡樂和溫暖帶到更多社群之中。

؇ശɧ৫Бᐼሖᑌᛇ為慶祝普天同慶的聖誕節，行政總部於2017年12月19日在東華醫院禮堂舉行聖誕聯歡會，讓董事局成員與同事聚首一堂，一同歡度佳節。為表揚在東華三院服務多年及貢獻良多的同事，大會安排於聯歡會開始前頒發榮譽退休獎、長期服務獎和傑出員工嘉許狀，令聯歡會別具意義。當日由主席李鋈麟博士太平紳士聯同眾董事局成員及蘇祐安執行總監主持開展儀式，大會更安排董事局成員與員工一起參與緊張刺激的競技遊戲「東華大贏家」，把現場氣氛推到最高點，令整個會場充滿歡笑聲。如此熱鬧的場面當然少不了幸運大抽獎，有賴一眾董事局成員、高級職員和多個商號慷慨贊助多份禮品，大家都在一片歡呼聲中盡興而歸。

؇ശɧ৫රɻːຯᐏ�ᗫฌඟ�ᆤ東華三院屬下幼稚園致力締造關愛校園文化，讓學生在關愛環境下發揮潛能，培育良好品德。東華三院黃士心幼稚園的學生支援小組榮獲由觀塘區學校聯會、觀塘區議會及觀塘區家長教師會聯會舉辦的2017/18學年觀塘區「健康和諧關愛校園」獎勵計劃的「關愛團隊」獎，對學校關愛工作予以肯定，亦是對教職員所付出的努力的認同。

東華三院黃士心幼稚園設立學生支援小組，就幼兒品德、學業和課外活動的發展作出規劃，並推行各種潛能培訓計劃，如拉丁舞、朗誦等，提升幼兒的能力及增加其自信。學校亦參加了本院的「陽光孩子服務計劃」，支援有特殊學習需要的幼兒，以及透過參與本院何玉清教育心理服務中心提供的遊戲治療項目，如「遊藝森林計劃」藝術治療活動，紓緩幼兒在情緒上的需要，令不同層面的幼兒受惠。

؇ശɧ৫ڗശɽኪઋਿᓾԃࡌफ東華三院與中央人民政府駐香港特區聯絡辦公室（中聯辦）教育科技部及北京清華大學合作，於2017年12月16至21日舉辦「東華三院校長清華大學國情暨基礎教育研修班」。是次研修班的對象為本院屬下中小學新任校長、副校長及資深主任，共31人。課程內容多元化，除拜訪北京市教育委員會及市內學校，進行交流活動外，又參加多個專題講座，包括「十九大後中國經濟發展思路」、「『一帶一路』戰略與香港發展機遇」及「學生素養的培育」，以及參觀「砥礪奮進的五年」大型成就展及博物館等。

透過是次培訓活動，本院期望加深校長和老師對國情及內地教育、經濟和文化發展動態的了解，汲取北京市教育委員會及學校的教育經驗，並與之建立有效的溝通管道和橋樑，促進本院屬校與國內學校的交流和合作。本院亦希望他們把學到的知識和經驗與校內師生分享，加強他們對國民身份的認同，並從校本生涯規劃活動層面引領學生思維，裝備他們未來在本港和內地升學或就業。

Tsinghua University Training Programme for Newly-appointed School ManagersWith the support and assistance of the Department of Educational, Scientific and Technological Affairs of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong SAR and Tsinghua University, the Tsinghua University Training Programme for TWGHs Newly-appointed School Managers was held between 16 and 21 December, 2017. A total of 31 newly-appointed school managers from TWGHs secondary and primary schools participated, visiting Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, schools and museums, and attending seminars on China economic development, the Belt and Road Initiative and education.

We hope that the attendants would gain a better understanding of the latest development of education, economics and culture in China after completing the training programme. The knowledge and experience gained would definitely help them inspire and nurture TWGHs students, especially in the areas of career planning, moral education and Chinese identity building.

TWGHs Wong See Sum Kindergarten received “Caring Team” AwardTWGHs kindergartens are dedicated to creating a caring culture on campus to help students realise their potential and develop good deeds. The student support team

of TWGHs Wong See Sum Kindergarten was awarded the “Caring Team” award in the “A Healthy Harmonious and Caring Campus Award Scheme 2017” organised by the Kwun Tong Schools Liaison Committee, the Kwun Tong District Council and the Federation of Parent Teacher Associations in Kwun Tong District.

The kindergarten has set up the student support team to plan and organise various programmes to enhance students’ ability and confidence in different areas, such as Latin dance and recitation. The kindergarten also participates in the “On-site Pre-school Rehabilitation Services” of the Group to provide support for students with special education needs, and makes use of the game therapy offered by TWGHs Ho Yuk Ching Educational Psychology Service Centre to relieve the emotional needs of children.

本院近期幸獲東華三院顧問鄧明慧女士及鄧氏企業的鄧耀先生、鄧光林先生、鄧強林先生及鄧偉林先生慷慨捐款100萬元，支持本院教育服務的發展，惠澤莘莘學子，故董事局特將本院黃笏南中學健身室命名為「鄧氏兄弟健身室」，同時於該校語言中心設立牌匾致意鳴謝，以彰盛德。該命名典禮已於2017年12月5日舉行，並獲教育局首席助理秘書長（專業發展及培訓分部）容寶樹先生蒞臨主禮。

好事成雙，為助本院進一步提升學校設施及增設教學資源，癸卯年主席曾正OBE太平紳士兒媳曾范顥齡女士及孫女曾蘩雅小姐亦慷慨解囊，捐出420萬元予本院教育科。為表謝意，董事局將本院黃笏南中學的圖書館命名為「曾正 曾慶明圖書館」，以及將四樓的主題花園命名為「曾蘩雅花園」，並於2017年12月19日舉行命名典禮，邀得民政事務總署九龍城民政事務專員郭偉勳太平紳士蒞臨主禮。

The “Tang Brothers Gymnasium” is named in gratitude to the donors for their generous support and an acknowledgement plaque is placed at the Language Centre of TWGHs Wong Fut Nam College (WFNC). A naming ceremony with Mr. YUNG Po Shu Benjamin, Principal Assistant Secretary (Professional Development and Training) of the Education Bureau, officiating was held on 5 December 2017.

A generous donation of $4.2 million was also made by Ms. TSENG FAN Ho Ling, Sandra and Miss Freya TSENG, daughter-in-law and grand-daughter of the late Mr. TSENG Cheng, OBE, JP, Chairman 1963/1964, in support of the development of our education services. To honour the TSENG family in recognition of their donation, the Group named the library and the garden on the 4th floor of WFNC respectively as “Cheng and Hemmon Library” and “Freya Garden”. The naming ceremony on 19 December 2017 was officiated by Mr. Franco KWOK, JP, District Officer (Kowloon City) of the Home Affairs Department.

During the School Development Day held on 30 October 2017, Mr. HO Sai Cheong, Principal of TWGHs Kwok Yat Wai College, introduced the concept behind the Renewable Energy Corner and encouraged principals and teachers of TWGHs schools to implement renewable energy.

؇ശɧ৫ெɓʕኪપᄿЍঐ๕東華三院郭一葦中學獲環境及自然保育基金及環境運動委員會資助於校內安裝綠色能源設施，包括分別於校園地下的可再生能源角及天台安裝小型風車及太陽能光伏板。

位於可再生能源角的離網小型風車，配合太陽能光伏板，以風光互補的形式推動魚菜共生系統的水泵。系統並設有蓄電池 — 市電自動轉換裝置，以確保魚菜共生系統能24小時運作。而位於天台的太陽能系統則由10塊太陽能光伏板組成，並接駁至中華電力有限公司電網，以支援學校課室的用電。系統預計每年發電輸出量達2,000度，相當於減少約一公噸的溫室氣體排放。

為了普及可再生能源，學校將會把風能和太陽能的好處及使用趨勢納入教學大綱內，並充分利用可再生能源系統開展各種教育活動。此外，學校亦會邀請元朗及天水圍的學校和居民參觀學校的可再生能源角，推廣使用可再生能源。

TWGHs Kwok Yat Wai College Goes GreenWith the support of the Environment and Conservation Fund and the Environmental Campaign Committee, TWGHs Kwok Yat Wai College installed a small wind turbine at its Renewable Energy Corner and photovoltaic system on its roof.

With the help of photovoltaic system, the off-grid small wind turbine at the Renewable Energy Corner is used to support the water pumps for the school’s aquaponics system, which is equipped with an automatic battery-grid changeover device to ensure its round-the-clock operation. The on-grid photovoltaic system on the roof is composed of 10 photovoltaic panels. The system is connected to CLP’s power grid to support the power usage of classrooms. It is estimated that the system will generate up to 2,000kWh per year, which is equivalent to reducing about 1 tonne of greenhouse gas emission.

To promote renewable energy, the school will cover in its curriculum the benefits and increasing usage of wind and solar energy, and will make use of the renewable energy system in various educational activities. Besides, the school will invite other schools and residents in Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai to visit its Renewable Energy Corner to promote green energy.

Launch Ceremony of “Fatina’s Healthy and Positive Lifestyle” School-based Education Programme 2017Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club and in collaboration with New Territories School Heads Association along with illustrator Chocolate Rain, TWGHs Even Centre has launched the “Fatina’s Healthy and Positive Lifestyle” School-based Education Programme 2017. Through guidance from social workers and interactive games, the programme aims to equip students with healthy wealth management concept, and help them to develop good emotional and time management as well as social skills, while avoiding unhealthy indulgences or hobbies.

The launch ceremony was held on 23 November 2017 at TWGHs Hong Kong and Kowloon Electrical Appliances Merchants Association Limited School. We were honored to have Dr. CHOI Yuk Lin, JP, Under Secretary for Education, Mr. CHU King Yuen, BBS, MH, JP, President of New Territories School Heads Association, Mr. Winfried ENGELBRECHT-BRESGES, Chief Executive Officer of The Hong Kong Jockey Club and Mr. TAM Chun Kwok, Kazaf, Vice-Chairman cum Chairman of the Community Services Committee, to officiate the ceremony.

؇ശɧ৫ၾϓேʕᔼᖹɽኪڝ᙮ᔼ৫ᖦࠈΥЪ௪ҙ四川省中醫藥管理局副局長楊正春先生率領四川省中醫藥代表團，於2017年12月13日到訪東華三院，參觀了東華醫院—香港大學中醫藥臨床教研中心的遠程醫療系統、廣華醫院—香港中文大學中醫藥臨床研究服務中心及文武廟。

東華三院與成都中醫藥大學附屬醫院亦藉此行簽訂了合作備忘錄，建立緊密的友好關係，在項目建設、學術交流及人才培養等方面開展深度合作，並支持本院參與成立香港首間中醫院及廣華醫院中醫病房計劃。

TWGHs signed MoU with Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese MedicineA delegation from Sichuan Province led by Mr. YANG Zheng Chun, Deputy Director of Sichuan Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, visited TWGHs on 13 December 2017. They visited the telemedicine facility at Tung Wah Hospital — The University of Hong Kong Clinical Centre for Teaching and Research in Chinese Medicine, Kwong Wah Hospital — The Chinese University of Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Clinical Research and Services Centre, and Man Mo Temple.

On the same day, TWGHs signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for collaboration in projects, academic exchange and talent training. Under the MoU, the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine will support TWGHs to take part in the establishment of the first Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hong Kong and a Chinese Medicine ward at Kwong Wah Hospital.

“Sharing the Festive Joy — Senior Citizen Luncheon” by TWGHs and CLPTWGHs and CLP Power Hong Kong Limited jointly hosted the “Sharing the Festive Joy — Senior Citizen Luncheon” at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal on 18 November 2017, where CLP volunteers and about 200 elderly guests from the Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon City and Kwun Tong districts gathered to celebrate the Senior Citizens Day.

To celebrate the event’s theme of a multicultural experience, elders and officiating guests dressed up in costumes from different countries, while CLP volunteers delivered energy saving tips to promote smarter use of electricity.

؇ശɧ৫�ฌʔΝᖵஔ�ਞၾᝄᖵஔ東華三院「愛不同藝術」多位藝術家的作品早前獲選於台灣新北市政府主辦的「大嘻地：公益藝術創作展」展出。為了讓我們的藝術家可與其他藝術家交流及見證自己的作品在海外展出，「愛不同藝術」於2017年10月下旬特別舉辦了4天的台灣藝術之旅，而本院同時獲邀舉辦工作坊，介紹「愛不同藝術」的服務及理念，分享為不同能力人士推行藝術活動的經驗。

是次台灣藝術之旅參觀了松山文創園區和朱銘美術館，又探訪當地福利機構樂山教養院及臺北市藝術統合教育研究會，與當地藝術創作者一起上課、爬樹、在草地上翻滾、奔跑、伴隨音樂隨意舞動，作特別的藝術交流，有助啓發靈感，收穫豐富。

i-dArt artworks showcased at Taiwan art exhibitionA selection of artworks by i-dArt artists was displayed at a charity art exhibition organised by the New Taipei City Government, Taiwan. A 4-day art trip was organised by i-dArt in late October 2017 to encourage the artists to exchange ideas with each other and witness their own works on exhibit, while part of the i-dArt staff was invited to conduct a workshop to introduce the services and missions of i-dArt and to share their experiences in promoting art activities with people with different competencies.

The i-dArt team also enjoyed a fruitful visit to the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and Juming Museum, as well as the welfare organisation Happy Mount and IAEA Taipei for art exchanges, which was inspirational for the artists.

�ശവˌซ۱�းᜑݺ٫ڗɢʑശ「華菁幻想四重奏」年輕長者才藝表演於2017年12月15日假香港理工大學賽馬會綜藝館舉行，活動邀得社會福利署總社會工作主任（安老服務）胡美卿女士蒞臨主禮。超過100位來自本院安老服務單位的年輕長者於舞台上展示他們努力練習的成果，為觀眾帶來多項精彩表演，包括舞蹈、西洋拳、無伴奏合唱、皮影戲、魔術、手語，以及手鈴、夏威夷小結他和木箱鼓等樂器演奏，展現出他們充滿活力的一面。計劃希望年輕長者能繼續享受健康及豐盛的生活，持續及積極地貢獻社會，擁抱精彩的黃金時代。

“YO2gether Variety Show” Showcased the Vitality and Talents of the ElderlyThe “YO2gether Variety Show” was held at the Jockey Club Auditorium of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 15 December, 2017. Ms. WOO Mei Hing, Patricia, Chief Social Work Officer (Elderly) of Social Welfare Department, was invited to officiate the show. Over 100 young elders from our elderly service centres showcased their vitality in a range of performances, including dancing, kick-boxing, a cappella, shadow play, magic, sign language and instrumental music using handbell, ukulele and cajon. It is hoped that all young elders would continue to enjoy a healthy and fruitful life, and contribute to the community while enjoying their golden age.

TWGHs Social Enterprises Won Awards AgainiBakery, a social enterprise of TWGHs, was awarded the “Outstanding Social Enterprise Awards — Champion” and “Outstanding Marketing Award” in the Social Enterprise Award Scheme 2017 organised by the Home Affairs Bureau.

In addition, in “The 8th Hong Kong Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Award” organised by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and co-organised by the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education, our Enterprise Vegetable & Fruit Processing and Supply Service and iBakery were awarded the Silver Award in the Social Enterprise Category. While CookEasy was specially commended as a caring employer, Image Pro and Rinato Eco Floral Shop were awarded the Corporate Citizenship Young Power Award.

「LGT皇家銀行誠意呈獻：東華三院慈善障礙挑戰賽」於2017年12月10日假中環龍和道舉行，為東華三院廣華醫院重建發展基金籌募善款。賽事邀得食物及衞生局局長陳肇始教授太平紳士及醫院管理局主席梁智仁教授SBS太平紳士出任主禮嘉賓，以及由劉德華先生創作的「Andox &黑仔」擔任活動大使。活動當天約有1,000位參賽者及嘉賓出席，使現場充滿健康正能量。

本院衷心感謝冠名贊助人LGT皇家銀行、各界善長及參賽者的熱心支持。董事局及冠名贊助人已贊助是項活動的直接開支，亦不會從活動籌得的公眾善款中扣除行政費用，確保各界捐款將全數撥用於東華三院廣華醫院重建發展基金。

LGT Private Banking Proudly Sponsors: TWGHs Charity Challenge Race“LGT Private Banking proudly sponsors: TWGHs Charity Challenge Race” was held at Lung Wo Road, Central on 10 December 2017 to raise funds for the TWGHs Development Fund of Kwong Wah Hospital Redevelopment Project. We were delighted to have Prof. Sophia CHAN Siu Chee, JP, Secretary for Food and Health, and Prof. John LEONG Chi Yan, SBS, JP, Chairman of Hospital Authority, as the officiating guests, as well as “Andox & Box”, the ox-puppet dolls created by Mr. Andy LAU, as ambassadors for the event. Around 1,000 contestants and guests participated in this meaningful event to infuse positive energy into the city.

Our sincere gratitude goes to the event’s title sponsor, LGT Private Banking, as well as all donors and contestants. All direct costs of the event have been sponsored by TWGHs Board of Directors and the title sponsor. No administrative expenses would be deducted from the donations of the general public for the event to ensure that all public donations would go directly to the TWGHs Development Fund of Kwong Wah Hospital Redevelopment Project.
