參 加 機 構 ： 社 區 藥 物 教 育 輔 導 會 C o m m u n i t y D r u g A d v i s o r y C o u n c i l

是 一 個 致 力 推 動 藥 物 教 育 及 健 康 教 育 的 志 願 機 構 ， 該 會 成 立 初 期 有 賴 一 群 熱 心 關 注 青 少 年 濫 用 藥 物

問 題 的 家 長 及 專 業 人 士 的 支 持 ； 經 過 三 十 多 年 的 不 斷 努 力 開 拓 及 經 驗 累 積 ， 社 區 藥 物 教 育 輔 導 會 現

已 發 展 成 一 個 專 業 的 社 會 服 務 機 構 ， 為 社 區 提 供 適 切 的 服 務 。

畫 作 者 ： 小 學 二 年 級 學 生 – 蔣 霆

蔣 霆 就 讀 小 學 二 年 級 ， 在 學 科 上 ， 最 喜 歡 是 數 學 、 常 識 和 電 腦 。 空 餘 時 間 喜 愛 游 泳 和 做 手 工 ， 平 日

會 在 家 中 和 婆 婆 下 黑 白 棋 ， 活 動 腦 筋 。 蔣 霆 在 藝 術 方 面 富 有 天 分 ， 曾 奪 得 社 區 藥 物 教 育 輔 導 會 「 藝

術 眾 樂 樂 2 0 1 8 」 全 港 繪 畫 比 賽 的 殿 軍 。

「 夬 」 是 決 斷 ， 代 表 到 了 當 機 立 斷 的 時

候 。 一 些 人 和 事 ， 有 問 題 時 遲 遲 不 處 理 ，

只 會 醞 釀 更 大 的 問 題 。 當 問 題 到 了 不 可

拖 延 之 時 ， 便 需 要 以 剛 健 果 斷 的 意 志 作

抉 擇 。 可 是 ， 為 了 長 遠 利 益 ， 解 決 問 題

便 不 能 只 用 強 硬 的 手 段 ， 也 要 運 用 懷 柔

的 方 法 。 同 時 ， 要 讓 其 他 人 明 白 這 不 是

為 了 私 利 ， 而 是 為 了 所 有 人 的 利 益 。 行

動，便會有所得著。

Profile of Artist

NGO: Community Drug Advisory Council is a bilingual charitable organization that was established in 1985, and is currently a

member agency of the Hong Kong Community Chest and Hong Kong Council of Social Services. It was formed by a group of

parents and volunteer professionals, who all shared a common concern – teenage drug abuse in Hong Kong. Having over twenty

years of experience and exposure in drug education, CDAC remains dedicated to continuing our founders’ work, with aims to

raise more community awareness about drug misuse in Hong Kong.

Artist： Chiang Ting – Primary School StudentChiang Ting is a primary school student, his favorite subjects are mathematics, common sense and computers. In his spare time,

He likes to swim and do arts and crafts. Chiang Ting is talented in arts and has won the title of the Hong Kong Painting

Competition of the Art Drugs 2018 by the Community Drug Education Guidance Association.

夬DETERMINATION

Success comes when one untangle the knots and soften the

Be inspired to break through any resistance you may have

to arriving at the place where you are meant to be.

Respond quickly to what is calling upon you, declare your

decision. Let go of the past. Focus. Direct your plan into

action and move quickly. Trust your own instincts. Be

clear about where you are going. Have confidence and

confront all obstacles to your chosen path. Don’t listen to

negativity whether coming from within or not. Any

problems you overcome will make you stronger and make

your dream come true.

Artist reflection

For Hexagram 43, Chiang Ting believes that the adversity is heavy.

Hesitant in heart, as long as we are sincere and determined to try hard, we can finally move the world and achieve our goal.
