fIrsTly, don’t worry if you drop them, make sure you clear a space and take care not to practice near any breakables.

2.2. Try to throw the ball high enough so that its level with your eyes – not too high or you won’t be able to watch where it goes!Keep practicing like this and as you get better you’ll be able to do it without watching the ball!

If you have to move your feet to catch the balls, you might be throwing them a little too high or too hard. Try to throw them nice and gently and slowly and you’ll soon get into a rhythm and be able to catch them each time.

THe easiest way to start to juggle is by throwing one ball between two hands – nice and simple!1.1.

start with one ball...

3.3. nOw this is where it starts to get trickier! Hold a ball in each hand and start to practice by throwing a ball from one hand to the other. Then, just before you are about to catch the ball try and throw the other ball you are holding back to your first hand so that they swap in mid air.

now add a sEcond ball...

yOU might find that you miss the ball at first but keep on trying. Don’t forget to keep the balls at eye level – don’t throw too high or you wont be able to watch where they are going in the air.

4.4.

If you get really confident you can

try adding a third ball into the mix – but

practice makes perfect!
