DirtyMartiniINGREDIENTS

2 oz vodka

1 oz dry vermouth

oz olive juice

3-4 green olives, stuffed

with blue cheeseINSTRUCTIONS

Add dry vermouth to the

martini glass, rinse andpour out. Pour vodka,

olive juice and ice into

mixing glass and shake

until chilled. Strain in themartini glass and drop

the 3 to 4 olives as

garnish.

mixing glass. Strain intomartini glass and add

cocktail onions.

2 oz vodka

5 oz grapefruit juiceINSTRUCTIONS

Pour vodka and

grapefruit juice on top of

the ice in a cocktail

glass. Stir well.

oz orange liquor

oz lime juice

Dash of cranberry juice

Slice of limeINSTRUCTIONS

Add dash of cranberry

juice, pour liquors and

lime juice into mixing

glass. Shake briskly and

oz of sweet vermouth

1 dash of aromatic

bitters

1 maraschino cherryINSTRUCTIONS

Pour bitters, liquors over

ice in mixing glass. Stir

and strain into martini

glass, garnish with amaraschino cherry.

Mint JulepINGREDIENTS

2 oz bourbon

8 sprigs of mint

1 tsp of sugarINSTRUCTIONS

Put mint and sugar with

a dash of water in mixing

glass. Add shaved iceand bourbon. Shake

until frosted and pour all

into rocks glass. Garnish

with a mint sprig.

MoscowMuleINGREDIENTS

1 oz vodka

3 oz ginger beer

1 tsp sugar syrup

oz lime juice

1 sprig mint 1 slice lime

INSTRUCTIONS

In a copper mug or

cocktail glass, pour

vodka over ice. Add

sugar syrup and lime

juice. Top with ginger

beer and stir. Garnish

with mint sprig and lime

slice.

2 dashes aromatic

bitters

tsp sugar dissolved

with water and bitters

Pour sambuca into

brandy snifter. Float

three coffee beans.

Put all ingredients with

Fresh squeezed orange

juice

Orange wedge

INSTRUCTIONSPour vodka and fresh

Put all ingredients and

squeeze lemon in mixingglass, shake briskly.

Select sugar-rimmed

and garnish with orange

slice.

Sloe GinFizzINGREDIENTS

2 oz vodka

oz of fresh lemon

juice

tsp sugar

INSTRUCTIONSPut all ingredients in

cocktail shaker, shake

briskly. Pour it into a

chilled highball glass. Fill

the glass with soda

water and stir lightly.

Put all ingredients in

mixing glass, shakebriskly. Select brandy

snifter. Pour into glass.

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

1 oz of gin

Lemon slices

INSTRUCTIONSMix sugar, gin and juice

over ice in mixing glass,

Stir, strain in cocktail

glass, with ice and top it

off with soda water.

Garnish with lemon

slices.

oz tsp sugar

1 cherry

Put all ingredients in

cubes. Strain into

highball glass. Add
