• Enhance User Experience– Auto return after decision to Compact Workload– Selecting an offender from the Compact Workload

enables a ‘Back’ link on that offender’s profile to return to the previous Compact Workload search results.

– The ‘Back to Compact Cases’ link, when reviewing an associated activity, returns to the previously selected Compact Case and expanded Associated Compact Activities table.

Merge & Delete Offenders

Merge & Delete• Merge Offender Numbers– 2 offenders each have unique information or two cases

that need to be under 1 offender number• Multi-state loaded same offender as legacy• In the creation of multiple cases, separate ICOTS offender

numbers were created

• Expunge – Court order to remove record from system

• Copy of order must be uploaded

• Delete Offender Number– Offender record created in error: Duplicate Record

• Should not be used remove rejected cases or to withdraw
