The technologies that I have learnt about

Computer (Photoshop, Quark) Internet (Blogger, Prezzi, Slideshare) SLR Camera Mobile Phone

Computer (Photoshop, Quark) I used Photoshop and Quark to create my music

magazine cover, contents and double page spread. All editing and effects were created using these 3 software’s. I learnt how to edit images and add effects such as: filters, boarders etc. I also learnt how to add 3D effects and by learning this, I made a puff look like a sticker on my cover page.

Internet (Blogger, Prezi, Slideshare)

I used the internet to keep track of what I have been doing during the design process of my music magazine. I used blogger to create blogs of audience research and to put planning notes on. I learnt that you can get a variety of different texts and tools online that could be used for our music magazine. I got texts online to make my music magazine fit my genre more and to make it look more realistic. I learnt that I could use Prezi and Sideshare to upload blogs instead of just typing work out.

SLR Camera

I learnt how to use the focus and how to change camera settings depending on the scene. Learning this, I used an SLR to take the pictures for my music magazine .
