Turns out that Public libraries like the Salt Lake City Library don’t just

loan books with library cards.

It turns out store tenants like Night Flight Comics bring in needed cash.

What would be the second most unexpected book store in the mall?

Brooks Brothers’ corner entrance opened so wide with just enough space, I felt like I was

entering my own birthday party.

But most surprising was how many people picked up the book on the entrance display and how well it positioned the store. Who wouldn’t

want to know what was in this book?

I’ve walked in this next store a million times.

But only when leaving out the back did I notice the subtle image of the founder of O.C. Tanner and the text

about how he valued all beauty.

Can a chain truly resonate with locals?

Anthropology window designers connected their rock display with the mall’s indigenous trout stream

just outside the door.

Which is more attractive a beautiful dress or office supplies?

A predominantly female shopper of Papyrus’ office and education supplies

might think a dress is more interesting than paper, but then they’d notice the ribbon

the dress is made of and have to see all the ribbon patterns inside.

What says, “I’ve got to have everything”?

Seeing half the neatly kept store from the entrance makes one feel like going and “checking it all out!”
