• KM is NOT just rigorous data-collection and decision - because of the difference between human (real) knowing and computer (abstract) knowing
• KM is NOT just about ‘intangible assets’ - it is about synthesizing tangible and intangible assets
• IS about evaluating K-situations and cases - what should managers do ?
