Nov. 2012, Hock was committed 4 of 5 allegations, used in the appeal of another defendant, documented online court of appeals. One of which was stating there was a deal cut, in this other case, (not the case of Dyer) the man plead guilty to take the deal, only to find there never was any deal on the table from the DA.
