Entrenet Nutritionals continues to expand its line of healthcare professional products. Themost recent addition is our state of the art Aloe Oral & Topical Gels. Aloe Vera has

Aloe Vera has now entered into the field of dentistry.
The benefits of Aloe Vera have been confirmed by research in medical schools, independent laboratories, and by a large number of clinical cases. Aloe Vera gel
anesthetizes tissue, is bactericidal, is virucidal, is fungicidal, is hemostatic, is anantipyretic, is an anti-inflammatory, is antipruretic, is a capillary dilator, is an enhancer of
normal cell proliferation and epithelialization, and is a tissue moisturizer.
Entrenet Aloe Vera products are currently recognized as the most scientifically advancedand research documented in the healthcare industry. This dental guide will provide you
with Aloe Vera research, dental research, and dental applications. Entrenet is proud toserve the dental industry. You will be provided with the highest quality product and
service available.

molecular weight relates to a 75% Immune Recovery. Combined with the IASC & Aloe Corp, Entrenet Aloe consistently ranks as the
most scientifically advanced aloe in the market to date.
III. Chemical CompositionA. Active Compounds (Currently 250 identifiable elements)

Saccharides (acetylated mannose): antiviral and immunopotentiating action. Prostaglandins and fatty acids (gamma-linoleic acidprostaglandin 1 series):
favorable effects on inflammation, allergy, platelet aggregation, wound healing. Others: enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, minerals.
B.
Other compounds
Cholesterol, triglycerides, steroids, uric acid, lignins, beta-sitosterol, glibberellin,
salicylic acid.
IV. PharmacologyAntibacterial and antifungal
69% extract: bactericidal against Pseudomonas a., Klebsiella p., Serratia m.,
Citrobacter, Enterobacter c., Strep. Pyogenes and Agalactiae. 77% extract: bactericidal against Staph. A. 80% for E. coli, 90% for Strep f. and
Candida a. Inhibition of growth: Mycobacterium 5., Trichophyton, and Bacillus subtilis.
Antiviral: acemannan
Direct antiviral activity against HIV1 by inhibiting glycosylation of
glycoproteins. Acts synergistically with AZT or acyclovir by inhibiting the replication of HIV
and HSV1.Also effective against feline leukemia, influenza, measles.
Immune enhancement: acemannan
Enhancement of macrophage activity, release of immune system potentiators,
T-cell function, interferon production.Possible activity in sarcomas and spontaneous tumors.
Anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory: glycoproteins and anthraquinones
Block generation of thromboxanes and bradykinin.
Inhibit and break down bradykinin.
Wound Healing
Vitamin C, E and Zinc. Stimulate fibroblast and connective tissue formation, promoting wound repair.
Stimulate repair process and epidermal growth. Stimulate cell division three-fold.
V. Clinical Application Specific to Inflammation and Wound Healing

Aloe Vera has anti-inflammatory components such as amino acids, vitamin C,
aspirin-like compounds, and mannose which can normalize the acute vascularresponse. Aloe Vera can block the polymorphonuclear leucocyte response, but
does not reduce connective tissue formation.
Aloe Vera inhibits acute inflammation but unlike steroids it stimulates fibroblastgrowth to improve wound healing. Aloe Vera contains amino acids such as phenylalanine and tryptophane, which
have anti-inflammatory activity.Aloe Vera can block prostaglandin synthesis.
Aloe Vera contains bradykinase, which breaks down into bradykinin, avasodilator, and at the same time stimulates the angiotensin, a potent
vasoconstrictor. Aloe Vera can act as a modulator of both immune and inflammatory reactions.
VI. Toxicity Allergic Reactions: generalized eczematous and popular dermatitis (from topical
application).
VII. Dosage Oral Gel: apply liberally. Juice: 2-4 ounces per day for general usage. May increase up to one liter per day
depending upon condition.
