At Ferriter Scobbo, I have assisted clients in the boardroom by prosecuting trademark applications and counseling. I have worked on teams in servicing our clients in financings, conflict of interest opinions and drafting corporate documents, including audit letters, as well as other issues that may come up in clients Boardrooms. I have helped clients work with local and state government agencies on issues of compliance and to partner with government entities.

I develop creative litigation strategies that consider both the best resolution to the immediate dispute and the long term interests of our clients' businesses. I write briefs and court pleadings, including motions, complaints, and answers as well as document review, depositions and discovery to implement our litigation strategies. My litigation experience has encompassed both state and federal court, administrative agency, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. I have worked with other Ferriter Scobbo attorneys to negotiate settlements and to successfully pursue litigation strategies at both the trial and appellate level. In the Courtroom I have assisted with land use, re-licensing, zoning, contractual, employment discrimination, class action, and wage and hour law disputes.

At Geosyntec Consultants and my previous consulting experiences, I have managed numerous remediation, brownfields, and MCP sites for public and private clients, including Fortune 100 companies. I have worked on sites in Massachusetts, California, Puerto Rico, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and other states. My work has predominantly revolved around chlorinated solvent sites and vapor intrusion work, with extensive work in brownfields. I received my PE in environmental engineering in 2013. I have an SB in Environmental Engineering from Harvard and an MEng in Environmental Engineering from MIT.
