Significance:  The necessity of reading skills and knowledge aimed at the development of a socio-cultural communicative competence. The usage of innovative teaching methods to encourage active readers to learn the language, stimulate cognitive individual thinking and encourage the development of reading strategies. Overcoming the language barrierbetween theoretical and practical usage.
