It has been transformed into a large and neat golf course, par 72 of 6.246m and par 70 for professionals. The large Driving-Range can be used from both sides with one side covered. The Short Game area offers one large Chipping green, one pitching green for shots up to 30 meters and one Pitching green for shots up to 65 meters. Two Putting-Greens right next to the Clubhouse round up the practice area. Situated in the northern part of the mediterranean island of Mallorca, Alcanada is located right by the sea. Canyamel Golf ClubCanyamel Golf has a course with two totally different rounds. Its first nine holes with a lot of movement are fairly difficult, but special mention should be made of difficult Hole 2, splendid Hole 9, and the magnificent panoramic view which Hole 5 offers us, from where the island of Minorca can be seen perfectly. Its second nine holes are flat and longer than the first nine, but very pleasant to play, both in winter and in summer. Canyamel Golf Course was revised by the European P.G.A., who proposed a series of modifications which have been carried out. The P.G.A. has classified it as an ideal course for playing an Open event.The entire course is exceptionally well-tended, but its finest qualities are the impeccable upkeep of its fairways and the excellent quality of its greens, which can be ranked among the best in Europe. The location of Canyamel is just five minutes from the caves of Artà and Canyamel beach. Both Capdepera and Cala Ratjada and various 4 and 5 star hotels lie just 10 minutes from the Club.

Vall D’Or GolfVall D’Or is an 18-hole golf course par 71, 5,538 meters long from white tees. It combines two completely different landscapes in the first and second round. The front nine holes have rolling fairways surrounded by a forest of pine, almond and olive trees. The back nine holes have wider and more uneven fairways that go down towards the coast. The greens, protected by bunkers, welcome all approach shots. It is an average-difficulty golf course but quite entertaining, and with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Golf Park PuntiróBetween pines, wild olive and carob trees there he is, the perfect place to play golf: Golf Park Mallorca Puntiró, the only Jack Nicklaus course in Majorca. His unique design makes this 18-hole golf course (par 71) a challenge for golfers of every playing strength with a length of 6.027 meters from white tees. Here it depends on precision as well as on the right club choice and the tactical play ability of the golfers. Golf Park Mallorca Puntiró is marked as a widely flat course. The fairways are partly restricted by holm oaks, olive trees and mastic shrubs, the Greens are defended by a relatively high number of bunkers, typical for the Nicklaus-Design. A special challenge are the total of 4 holes which closely hugs both ponds. Right three different kinds of grasses are used here and provides, among other things, very quick greens and foregreens. Golf Park Mallorca Puntiró is located just 10 km. from the historical city of Palma and only 14 km. from the airport and easily accessible from all points of the island.

At 5660 metres (6190 yards), the par-70 course requires strategy, skill and placement rather than brute force and power to reap your rewards. Many of the 18 holes are dog legs and it is by no means easy with trees and water in abundance on a course situated just a 20-minute drive from Palma. Designed by Martin Hawtree, the course makes the most of its beautiful location in a wooded valley at the foot of a mountain with some breathtaking views of the surrounding area, particularly on the back nine. The backdrop of the imposing Bendinat Castle adds to the experience and the honorary president of the club is none other than King Juan Carlos of Spain. The royal connections don’t end there either with HRH Prince Andrew the Duke of York, HRH Princess Brigitte of Sweden and Hollywood royalty – Oscar-winning actor Michael Douglas – among those to have played this fine course down the years.

The par-72 course measures up at 6,543 metres (7,155 yards) from the back tees and boasts one of the longest par-fives in Europe – the 590m (645 yard) 10th. Designed by Folco Nardi and Pepe Gancedo, Golf Santa Ponsa I is a long and challenging course with lakes and a great variety of trees.
