Per a 2017 Esri estimate, the population of Commerce totals 8,817 people, a 9.15 percent increase since 2010. INFORMATION ABOUT BROKERAGE SERVICESTexas law requires all real estate license holders to give the following information about brokerage services to prospective buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
