You wouldn’t want your attorney to say, Do this even though you’re going to be exposed to all kinds of litigation and danger, would you? You’d want him or her to basically grab you philosophically by the lapel, shake you a little bit, and say, “Look, you could do that, but it’s going to be not the best outcome. It’s going to be not in your best interest, and it’s going to have a terrible result. Here’s what you got to do and here’s why,” wouldn’t you? That’s the attitude you got to get.”

might have. Then call them back and listen to their voice and ask them a few basic questions like how would you overcome the objection “I’m not interested” or “I have all the coverage I need.” You get the point.
