Who are the top contenders and in what priority?
Develop a detailed profile for each.

4. Create your personal ONLY Statement
“I am the ONLY one that…” is the claim that will drive your personal development activities.

5. Set THREE OBJECTIVES to begin executing your Development Plan.
What are the critical 3 things that you need to do over the next 90 days to get your competitive ranking higher for the position you have set your sights on?
