KEY OF HONORThe Dr. Andrew Batsis Award
What is the Key of Honor?The Dr. Andrew Batsis Key of Honor Award is the highest award that can
be presented to someone within the New Jersey District of Key Club
International. It is given to an adult that has made a significant impact by
contributing and dedicating their time and service to Key Club. The
nominee must rise above all others, and truly show that they have done
more than what has been expected of them.
How to Nominate Someone for the Key of Honor:
All nominations must be in notebook or portfolio form when submitted.This has no influence on the judging, but is only meant for the ease of
handling.
Nominations must contain the following:o Biographical sketch of personal history
Evidence of community involvement Kiwanis Family and other youth service affiliations
o Letter of Recommendation Maximum of six (6) letters submitted. Kiwanis Family
Organization letters are highly recommended. Community,
civic, and school letters are also suggested.o Applicants history of service
The selection of the recipient will be solely upon the presentationreceived.
Only the members of the NJ District Board will judge applications. All nominations must be postmarked by March 1st, 2011 to:
