HOW TO QUALIFY

Qualify 2 months or more as Diamond and get the Diamond Experience (more details to be disclose soon).

INCENTIVE OVERVIEW

Distributors with a minimum of 185 points and join OG-elite on the 5 days and 4 nights trip with your OG Family, 5 destinations to choose from in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia or Africa.

To be eligible :- Distributors must have a minimum of 185 points- Distributors must have a minimum of 100 PQV each monththroughout the entire qualification period.

At the end of the 9 months, distributors with a minimum of 185 points will be able to join.

Distributors can earn points in different ways, simply by sharing the OG opportunity and products. Distributors qualifying as Diamond and above for at least two months within the qualification period and re-qualified New Diamonds will also earn the trip.

The program qualification period is between September 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019 (9 months). All participants must adhere to all the rules contained herein.

AWARDS and ASSIGNMENTS

Trips will be assigned to incentive qualifiers based upon points and ranks achieved during the qualification period. For Distributors qualifying for the Diamond Experience, awards will be given according to a progressive benefits program:

1. Re-qualified New Diamonds earn the trip with access to the Diamond exclusive activities.2. Distributors that qualify 2 months or more as Diamond or Above, earn the trip with access to the Diamond exclusive activities and receive the following upgrades:

a.) Diamond: Updgraded Room, Flight for main applicant (Up to $500) + flight for co-applicant (Up to $500)b.) Blue Diamond:

i. Upgraded roomii. Flight for main applicant (Up to $700)iii. Flight for co-applicant (Up to $700)iv. Excursion/spa credit for main applicant ($200 credit)v. Excursion/spa credit for co-applicant ($200 credit)

POINTS CALCULATION

Distributors can accumulate on Promotional Sales Packs for those personally sponsored between September 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019, plus they can count half of the point value for second level of those personally sponsored.

Point calculations for sponsoring are as follow:• 1st level: Bronze Pack = 2 points, Silver Pack = 4 points,Gold Pack = 10 points• 2nd level: Bronze Pack = 1 point, Silver Pack = 2 points, Gold Pack = 5 points

Promo Packs are also included effective September 1, 2018 and will correspond to 4 points on 1st level.• Promo Packs = 4 points on 1st level

In addition, you can earn 2 points when you’re an active distributor on a min. 100 PQV monthly order for a regular order OR 4 points for autoship order.

Earn 3 points each month when you qualify as a Star Achiever OR 6 points each month when you qualify as a Super Star Achiever. Bonus points will be given to distributors who achieve a rank advancement, within the qualification period as following:

1) Distributors must stay active during the 9-month incentive period (qualifying minimum order of 100 PQV each month) and in good standing throughout the incentive and cruise period.

2) Prior to the audited notification of qualification to the incentive program, all information regarding points earned by Distributors is unofficial and subject to change and verification by Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. If the qualifying point total falls below the minimum OR the qualifying minimum order of 100 PQV is not met, the incentive package will not be awarded. There are several factors that may contribute to a variance in points earned.

3) Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. assumes no responsibility for notifying incentive participants of any returns or cancellations within their organization that affect point totals.

4) We recommend (but do not require) that Distributor keep track of their organization. Should there be any discrepancy in point totals, you will have a record of your business. All discrepancies must be received by Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. by June 16, 2019 to be considered for review. Any discrepancy received after June 16, 2019 deadline will not be considered for approval. Points are not finalized until the end of the incentive period. All determinations/-decisions as to awarding points are solely at Organo Gold

5) Points are not transferable and may not be given away or sold. Any returns of products after the incentive trip is awarded in which the Distributor participated in the trip, may result in the Company charging a fee for loss.

6) In the event of any ties, incentive qualifiers will be determined at the discretion of Organo Gold International, Inc.

GENERAL RULES

1) Only one (1) Incentive Package may be earned per Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. Distributor’s account number. The 2019 OG Getaway Incentive Package will be awarded to the Distributor named on the Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. account at the end of the qualification period. In no event may a participant position receive more than one (1) 2019 OG Getaway Incentive Package.

2) For all distributors qualified based on points and re-qualified New Diamonds, the 2019 OG Getaway Incentive Package will include:

2.1) A trip for two for 5 days and 4 nights2.2) Most meals will be included2.3) Corporate-sponsored activities and entertainment

3) Distributors qualifying as Diamond or above for two months or more (on the promotion period) will be awarded with the 2019 OG Getaway Incentive Package and the following upgrades:

3.1) Diamond: Upgraded room and flight up to US$500 per person.3.2) Blue Diamond: Upgraded room and flight up to US$700 per person (applicant and co-applicant registered in the distributorship) and credit towards excursion and/or spa.

4) If a shared position qualifies for 2019 OG Getaway Incentive Package, only one person listed on the account is permitted to bring a guest. Current or previous distributors who do not qualify for the trip cannot be added as guests. Additional guest requests must be submitted by email for approval by Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. and the qualifier is responsible for the extra charges and fees.

5) Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. will not substitute the 2019 OG Getaway Incentive Package destination for one of equal or greater value for any individual incentive qualifier or the entire group of incentive qualifiers.

6) Incentive qualifiers will be notified on or before June 23, 2019 via email for those who have VALID email accounts on file with Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. If notification is returned as non-deliverable, the incentive may be forfeited at Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. discretion.

7) The notification will include a link to the registration website as well as instructions on how to complete the registration process.

8) Qualified Distributors must meet all eligibility requirements. Organo Gold Int’l, Inc.’s determinations and decisions are final on all matters related to this incentive program.

9) All qualifiers for 2019 OG Getaway Incentive Package must be 18 years of age or older at the start of the incentive qualification period.

10) The 2019 OG Getaway Incentive Package must be taken on the dates specified by Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. or it will be forfeited.

11) If the Distributor chooses not to accept the Incentive Package earned or to cancel, no cash will be awarded and the prize will be forfeited.

12) By entering, Distributors consent to the use of their name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes by Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13) Trip assignment will be based on availability and earned points during the incentive period; or, in the case of the Diamond Experience, based on the rank achieved.

14) Booking of airline tickets: Distributors are responsible for their own transportation at their own expense. For Diamond Experience Qualifiers, flight credits up to US$700 will be paid out and processed up to 15 business days after the trip upon submission of flight purchase.

15) There may be special restrictions for parents traveling with minor children. Please contact your local consulate for travel requirements. (Travel documents should be valid for more than six months before the traveling date).

16) Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. will not be responsible for valid travel documents or approval of any travelling visas.

17) If a distributor qualifies he/she is responsible of filling and submitting the Credit Card Billing Authorization Form to recognition@organogold.com. This form will be kept on file until 15 days after the conclusion of the trip.

18) If a Distributor decides to cancel the trip, cancellations must be in writing via email on or before June 28, 2019 for Africa, July 11 for North America, September 20, 2019 for Asia, October 3, 2019 for Europe and Oct 17 for Latin America. Otherwise, a cancellation/ no-show fee of $400 will be charged to the Credit Card Billing Authorization Form submitted by the qualifier.

19) Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify this incentive program as determined by Organo Gold Int’l, Inc. at its sole discretion.
