This must be asked and answered due to the nature of the

training. Total price: £1390 (PRICE INCLUDES TOOLS)

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your place on the course and your tools. Please include

a cheque/bankers draft, payable to S. Williams. Deposits must be received at least 2 weeks

before the course commences. The balance can be paid on your first day by cash/bankers

draft only (we let you train for half a day first so that you can be sure that the course is right

for you). Upon receipt of this form and deposit we will contact you to confirm your booking.
