WHO WE ARE4U Resourcing Group Ltd is an experienced, professional, people resourcing company with over 25 years of industry experience in recruiting quality people for specialist industries including the civil engineering and construction sector.

4U Resourcing Group Ltd was founded in September 2004 by owner and current Managing Director, Nigel Lewis. The company rebranded from 4U Recruitment to 4U Resourcing Group Ltd in 2011, in order to best represent the growing niche market specialism the company has in both training and recruitment resourcing in the UK, Europe, America & the Middle East.

Since the company formation, 4U Resourcing Group Ltd has been keeping pace with the ever changing needs of the civil and construction industries and has become a market leader in the supply of specialist labour and site management in the construction and engineering markets. We have an extensive database of competent personnel covering diverse sectors of the construction and engineering markets globally.

In 2011 the company strategically segmented its expertise into 5 specialist divisions under the group structure. This gave each division sector specific resources and experience to offer our clients. We now operate the following divisions:

The new training and competence division was created to fulfil market demand and now offers quality training and competence assessments for some of the most specialist industries namely, rail, energy, heavy lifting, civil engineering and sectors.
