Second, if we have an accident and

are at least 100 miles from home, I

want you to provide a trip guarantee

for us, up to $750.00. In other words, if

destination OR we can take

commercial transportation there and

back OR we can stay up to 72 hours

and you will pay for our meals and

lodging while our vehicle is being

fixed.

In addition to that, if someone is killed

in that accident and I am charged

with vehicular manslaughter or

negligent homicide (you know that

could cost me $15,000 to $20,000 in

legal fees), I want to be able to call

you to hire an attorney. Of course, I

want you to pay all the attorney fees

as well.

Plus, I am going to need road service,

because now I need my car towed.

Also, with kids in college, and my

spouse locking their keys in the car all

the time, I need road service and car

lock out service. We would like you to

take care of that as well.

Then, I also want you to provide an

accident policy for me that covers

my entire family. If I was killed in this

accident, I want you to pay $30,000

for my accidental death. If my wife

was killed, I want you to pay $15,000.

And, I want you to pay $3,500 per

child, if they are killed. Also, if I was

killed I want you to pay for each of

my college-aged children's college

education up to four years. And in

addition to that, I want you to pay

the daycare costs of my pre-school

aged children up to four years. I also

want you to pay for one year of job

training for my spouse, since she'll

have to go back to work) to re-enter

the job market and get a good

paying job.

I also would like you to draft a will for

me and my family. If anything should

happen to us, I want to be sure that

our wishes are carried out.

I also need you to guarantee the

lowest price on everything we buy. I

will call you and tell you what I want

to buy, and you can find me the best

price. If I find it cheaper anywhere

else within 30 days, I would like you to

guarantee to pay me double the

difference between prices.

Now, since you are my financial

advisor, I want you to develop a

retirement income for me,

Shake his hand and tell him Thank You and to Drive Carefully

PRE-EXISTING TICKETSIf a driver has a ticket, he is only thinking about the ticket. Tell him we can help him… then sell the membership asabove. When you get to the Pre-Existing page, tell him he will send the handling fee to TVC, all you need today is toget the membership started so we can get working on his ticket.

Take the stand that if he had had this membership, he would not be in pre-existing status, but the next time he gets aticket, he will just need to call it in.

Remember, you are not an attorney. Tell him he needs to speak with one of our legal supervisors so that they can helphim with his ticket. And remind him that it requires a membership for that to happen.

Free consultations for the 25% discount and pre-existing citations are all handled the same way. A membership isrequired to speak with a legal supervisor.

If they want a guarantee, tell them we are not in business because we aren't doing our job. If anyone can win, wecan. They won't be disappointed.
